Edinburgh borders were recommended by a family member to use their joinery team for a new kitchen. From start to finish the service was great. after meeting Steven (the joinery team leader) he filled me with confidence the job would he done to the highest standard. The team took control of all aspects of the project and left me with no worries. Would reccomend this company to anyone great work and very competitive price. Very happy customer

Excellent service in exceptional times.
We needed a new extension roof as the old one was leaking and the felt was shot, and we decided to add a cupola. Despite all the challenges of doing this work during this job during lockdown it was all done thoroughly and professionally and we are very happy with the finished product. The team were always courteous and communication was a strongpoint- and it all came in on budget! Highly recommended.

The work was carried out during lockdown, but was an emergency as water was pouring into premises each time it rained. It involved removal of blockwork, and replacement of lead drain pipes which had to be connected to cast iron gutters and down pipes, followed by replacement of blockwork, lead flashings and some slates. Fantastic job done and photos of job as it went on were provided regularly.

Responded quickly to inspect a leaking roof and provide a quote. Although start date was 1 day later than scheduled owing to an overrun on another job, the business was very apologetic and the team worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly to sort the problem. Before and after photos and regular communication ensured we know what was going on at all times.

Flat Roof - Edinburgh Borders Roofing where a delight from day one. I was sent a fully detailed quote with accompanying pictures of the areas needing work. Price was within my budget and competitive with other quotes. Biggest positive for me was the communication from the office Staff and Steven the Contracts Manager who kept me upto date on the progress. New Flat roof looks great and my problem has been solved. I would recommend this company.

The work was done by friendly, professional staff. All work was started and finished according to our agreed timescale and dates and was finished to a very high standard - we are delighted with the quality of work done and would definitely recommend this company in future.

I have had many leaks from a velux window over the years with so called roofers 'fixing it' paying good money for it to be as bad with the next heavy rainfall. I called this company and on the same day true to their word Steven called out to look at the damage I decided I wanted a new window he agreed it was rotten and took measurements etc and said I would receive a quote on the Monday which I did. I accepted it on the Tuesday and on the Wednesday I got a call to say they could start the job the next day on the Thursday I was given a time and on time 2 scaffolders came gaining entry with my neighbour. I was pleased Steven who had come out to review the damage arrived thereafter with Michael and started the job they were polite and considerate in my home and after doing a wonderful job putting the window in with new slates left no mess and took away the old window etc. I was then told the joiner would come on monday to finish the inside true again another Steven the joiner with his colleague came and did an amazing job which was a lot harder and bigger than first expected again removing all the old wood and mess. I can not rate this company enough from beginning to end a joy which I find very rare to find honest reliable work men. 5 stars is not enough thank you

Good communication with them right from the start. They arrived on site to complete a quote,
Quote arrived shortly after which I accepted.
A date for the work to start on was agreed upon, the team turned up on time.
During the time they were in and on my property the tradesmen were a credit to their company.
As jobs they were doing for me were across several trades and meant working both inside and outside my property they were very respectful to my property and minimised any inconvenience or impact to me. They left the areas they were working on clear,clean and tidy.
All the work was carried out to a very high standard. And I was provided with before and after photos so I could clearly see the work that had been done in some of the less accessible areas
When the final invoices arrived they were exactly as per the quotes
As a result I would have no problems recommending this company and I infact intend using them again in the very near future

First class company ,not only did they do a excellent job and took us through what the job initialled they took photos of our roof damage also provided photos after the job was done . excellent tradesman and excellent customer service . They restored our faith after our previous experience with other company.
Fair prices for a excellent job ,the experience is first class ,so much so they are coming back to do our Ceiling in August 2019

The team were very well mannered and efficient, the big plus point was not having to pay until I was happy with the finished work which was shown to me with before and after pictures.

Fast and efficient to come out and assess the roof problem, as well as carry out the repairs. Took photos to highlight the problems before the work and after completion. Would recommend to anyone who has roof issues.

Estimate was the best. They started the work within a few days and worked flat out. The repair looks to be very high quality and the bill came in right on the estimate. Getting a roof repair is never great but this went really smoothly and all the residents were very happy with the job and the roofing company. Thanks

Had all my guttering and down pipes replaced by the guys. A truelly professional job done from start to finish at an affordable price. After the work was completed all the old guttering was taken away and everything left neat a tidy. A big thank you to the guys.

had water coming into house last week and was struggling to find a roofer on a Saturday afternoon... After a few searches on the internet I found Edinburgh Borders Roofing ..Craig the workman I was dealing with came round in under 40 minutes and helped with my situation even going on to the roof when it was raining hard.. the next day Edinburgh Borders Roofing came round and pin pointed the problem and fixed it very professionally ..
they took photos showed me the problem before and after the work they completed ..
The whole team are very friendly and their work is highly recommended
I will be recommending this firm to all my family and friends ..
