The training delivered by Ezra was professional, knowledgeable and empowering. It really helped to develop my skills further in the field of supporting vulnerable adults.
Amazing trainer!!!

Ezra was a sharp and attentive listener during our coaching session. We quickly got to the root of a recurring issue I needed help with that was rooted in long term triggers beliefs and behaviors associated with a traumatic family and cultural upbringing. I’ve begun using the step-by-step tool he recommended to practice the process of becoming aware of the problem situations, the external triggers, the inner experience contributing to the issue, and the mental and behavioral interventions that could be used to turn this around gradually. The tips were methodical and powerful yet non-dogmatic and catered toward self compassion and paradoxically being easier and kinder on myself to get more stuff done that I valued with more feelings I wanted along the way. A great balance of structure and openness.

The teachings and information provided was very helpful for me helping me to improve myself in many areas of my life

Before I started personal 1-2-1 coaching, I did an online workshop. Prior to the workshop I went to it thinking it’s just another thing that I’ll sit through. I went online and listened. Normally I’d take that information and leave it there. Alongside the workshop and personal coaching, within 6 weeks I’ve been able to use what I learned and implement it into my life to help myself which in turn has helped my family. Yes I my attitude and willingness is what is needed to want to help myself which, without the coaching and sessions it would have taken me a whole lot longer/if at all, to help myself grow mentally and physically.
I can honestly say that the sessions and workshops have helped me grow as a man to which others have even said that to me. I could not recommend and appreciate Ezra more so

What made my experience wonderful was that the coaching sessions provided me with a new perspective on daily tasks that arise. I was able to establish boundaries with confidence.

Absolutely brilliant, very informative and useful. Such a shame that more people were not able to hear this type of information.

I attended several webinars from Ezra on different personal development topics and I could not recommend more.
Each time was incredibly useful and insightful as well as being a great positive energizing moment.
Having heard lots of similar presentations, I am amazed by Ezra's ability to find the right words to tell these stories that speak to all of us, and explain complicated human things with such precision and relevance that makes everyone understand clearly with an amazing memorable impact.
Ezra's work is always extremely well documented, prepared, illustrated and presented. There is quite some research and information processing beforehand.
Furthermore, there are always useful practical tools to wrap up.
Enthousiast and dynamic, he clearly loves sharing knowledge and help people develop themselves. It sounds like being his passion.

The session with Ezra was fantastic! He was engaging, professional and respectful. Ezra took his time to address our questions. I loved that he used a lot of images to explain his points.

This course came at the right time in my life when I needed to be reminded the power of the mind and how important it is to know your life’s purpose, to find your reason why I want to get up in the morning, doing something you love, not just on my professional life but finding my ‘ why’. If your stuck or at a cross road, you know your destined for more in life this is the course for you. Ezra has found his purpose to help, support and awaken others to find their life purpose. His knowledge, enthusiasm and self belief really helps awaken your own excitement for change and to reach for own one potential. I learnt so much on this course already that I used at work this week when I started doubling myself or reacting emotionally in situations. However, I reminded myself of the tools I learnt of the course and calm down, present the facts and address things for better outcomes.

I’ve already enquired about his the life coaching package to hopefully start unlocking my possibilities and potential very soon and looking forward to the next course with Ezra next month!

Dealing with challenging times and the effect upon our emotions and mental health were clearly explained with helpful tools suggested. It really is "ok not to be ok" and to use our tool box of diet, exercise and activities we enjoy to achieve the happy mood hormones.

Great training!
I really appreciated Ezra's holistic approach to working on wellbeing. He also provided practical information and methods that we can use outside of the training.
He seemed to have a good understanding of the group he was presenting to and catered it to our needs.
Lovely meditation exercise in the middle as well.
My only suggestion is that there could have been more exercises in smaller groups.
I would definitely recommend this training to others.
