Good customer service. Everything delivered, installed and connected very quickly once the awning was made. Very pleasant staff to deal with. Really pleased all round.

Right from the first enquiry through to the visit from the salesman, surveyor, delivery, installation and connection and of course payment the process has been so smooth and we are delighted with the awning.

The whole team , from Customer Service, chap who measured up, delivery guys & installation team, was friendly helpful& nothing was too much trouble.
The end result is beyond expectations.

The workmen (Mat and Tom) from Eden turned up on time, were very careful doing the work, were polite and erected a glass canopy that had been taken down 5 years ago and stored at the bottom of the garden and it looks like new.

This is the second awning we have bought from this Company and we have had excellent service both times. Installation guys, electrician, customer service and sales have all been very professional. We are very pleased with the awning, there are lots of designs to choose from but we knew which one we wanted and the Company were able to source it even though it is no longer in their catalogue. Expensive but very good quality. Delivered and installed in the expected timeframe.

Superb product, certainly the best on the market,not the cheapest but the quality shines through and worth the cost. We were very impressed with the staff at Eden from the initial sales team and the surveyor and the installation team who were a pleasure to . have working on site

Had a Veranda from Eden a couple years ago, decided to an awning for it however it seemed a bit expensive for what it was, so I did some shopping around, came back and ate the humble pie as I was obviously a bit out of touch, the few companies that bothered to reply to my enquiries didn't want to know and the one that did quoted an exorbitant price, anyway spoke to the manager and was able to negotiate a slightly better price and went ahead with the order, communication was once again excellent and they let me know what was happening at every stage, the awning was delivered in the morning as agreed ( very professional delivery team ), the fitters then turned up a few hours later and fitted the awning ( again very professional ) before they left they showed me the awning working, and left it open for me as the electrician is still to come and wire everything up but I have no doubt that will be fine.

Excellent product. Very robust. Tom & Matt installed the product with speed but also careful. Greatnfinish when they were done. Would definitely recommend this company for a veranda etc as service and product fantastic from initial enquiry to completion. All within a 6 weeks window. Well done guys and gals

Installation team were excellent.
My only issue was with the delay between order and delivery which i never had an explanation for.

We had a verranda fitted approx two years sgo which went well BUT we recently contacted them about adding an electric blind maybe costing around £2000 and also were considering expanding a verranda further which we would have discussed with them had but nobody has replied to our messages!!

Have now contacted Eden twice, to get a quote for a blind for our verandah we had fitted 2 years ago. I left a message for a call back the first time and spoke to someone the second time who told me his manager would call back to arrange a quote, no-one has rung back, they were quick enough to call back when we wanted a verandah, but perhaps a blind for it doesn’t warrant a call!

Eden now been in contact, very apologetic but blind sourced from elsewhere

From the great service I received from the customer service team who were exceptional. As a registered Visually Impaired person they were incredibly helpful in terms of me checking for planning permission.
The delivery team were equally helpful in meeting my needs with my sight loss. Careful storage was carried out.
The installation team worked very hard and I am very happy with this veranda makes a lovely sun porch.

From the first contact to installation, everyone was extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise. They were also accommodating and approachable, I knew who I was dealing with and what number to contact should I need to.
I was kept up to date with progress and the company was spot on with how long the process takes.
I can certaintainly recommend this company, they really give top quality verandas

The two fitters were very competent and polite- Oscar and Sergio arrived on time, explained what they were doing and did a great job. It looks fantastic

The two gentlemen installers who completed my veranda were extremely hardworking, professional, polite, respectful of my property, and clearly very experienced in what they do. The veranda has been installed to a very high standard and I honestly could not recommend them enough.

Andy, who initially came out to assess the project, showed a great deal of expertise, professionalism, and patience in answering all the questions I had. I also interacted with Kris, Neil, Rebecca and other members of the team throughout the process, all of whom were very professional, helpful, and responsive.

At one point, I had another appointment booked with a different company, but after speaking with Eden Verandas, I cancelled it. When I first started looking for a veranda company, I contacted another business and was met with quite judgemental and unhelpful questions. However, from the very first conversation I had with Eden Verandas, I knew I had found the right company.

The whole experience has felt professional and reassuring throughout.

I am now just waiting for the electrics to be completed, hopefully later this week would be great, but overall I am extremely happy with everything so far.

A good communication, excellent and timely survey work and installation. It is not cheap but the quality of the final product is worth it.

We had three great lads Sergejs,Tomas and Mantas who worked extremely hard, putting several blinds on our existing veranda. Very quick follow up to initial enquiry. Good discussion with sales rep who covered all options and styles and worked with us to get a good outcome. Sensible discussion on cost and a price agreed. Follow up from the team was excellent and the surveyor was thorough and profession even in a downpour. Canopy was installed in less than 1 day by very friendly and helpful installers and the whole install went without any problems. Happy to unreservedly recommend this company.
