unauthorised subscription
I ordered a starter pack to see if I liked the product, imagine my surprise when I recieved an email to say there was another shipment on the way. It seems that they have set up a subscription for me, without my consent, I didnt click the link, and they are sending me out another starter kit. I cannot cancel said subscription because I do not have an account with them. Terrible

This company is not legit , I placed an order a week ago and no shipping confirmation has been sent yet, I emailed them to know what is happening with my order and not even a decency to respond.

I humbly retract my previous negative review regarding Eden’s Gate’s customer service. I was extremely angry and annoyed at the lack of communication despite my numerous emails. Pain is a wicked experience that makes one’s mind antagonized and exasperated.
However, today, with a more positive attitude, I cannot praise and thank Lisa enough for her service. Lisa demonstrated immense sympathy, care, and compassion. Thank you so much; I am very grateful.
Missing order - no communication
UPDATED - EVEN WORSE
After leaving this review, I was contacted by the company, who gave "sincere apologies" and promised to find out what happened to my original shipment and in the meantime send me a replacement order. THIS NEVER HAPPENED, NO ORDER CONFIRMATION SENT, NO ORDER RECEIVED. I emailed back the company and I've been completely ignored AGAIN.
My original order was for one of their sales - buy one get one half price - since I order from them twice a month I decided to get my next 2 months supply. Clearly they did not want to fulfil this order but obviously new that trading laws state that if you advertise something for a price and that person pays for it that you must fulfil the order. It seems to me that they are hoping that I will action my bank to take back the money - I have already paid this money and I do still expect my order. There was no limit on the amount you could order and I did not order a ridiculous amount of product.
I've worked out that I've spent around twelve thousand pounds with this company before this order.
I've recommended countless clients and friends, many of who I have told about this and have said that they will look to get their CBD gummies and coffee somewhere else now.

Despite having no issues for the last 2 years, I have not received my order from May - money has been taken and confirmation email received.
I have emailed,messaged on Instagram and left a Google review to no response. My order has as for over £100 and to not get any response is honestly just poor taste on their part
AMENDED - I am now even more frustrated as other people leaving reviews with the same problem have now all been contacted and have had their issues sorted - however it seems that the same treatment has not been extended to myself and none of the previous have put in any extra information on how others might be able to push their issue forward.
Issue with order but put right
Updated: the company have now been in touch and offered their apologies and have compensated fairly. Happy with the service received.
Placed an order on 30/06/2025. Received order confirmation and since then nothing, no product, no order update.
I’ve used the contact webform twice which states a response should be received within 24 hours, have also tried emailing, and have not received any response.
I am now having to go through my bank to request a charge back.
Looking at previous reviews I can see I’m not the only one this has happened to. I won’t be buying here again.

Ordered on May 25th No Delivery, No Response: updated
I placed an order for a mushroom bundle from Eden Gate on May 25th. As of today, June 2nd, nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed them twice asking for an update and haven’t received any response at all.
This isn’t just frustrating it’s unacceptable customer service. If you’re running a business and taking people’s money, the very least you can do is respond to emails. Right now, it feels like I’ve been ignored or scammed.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Eden Gate based on my experience. If this changes, I’ll update the review but until then, avoid.
Update: been emailing them now Royal Mail had took full responsibility and lost the parcel.
Apart from the long time of no replies I love these products. They reshipped my order and added me a free gift. Thank you. Gave me a 30% off code.
Had a delivery from EdensGate
Had a delivery from EdensGate, which royal mail lost my order. I contacted EdensGate customer service team and they rectified this and sent and sent me a new parcel out the same day. Great customer service

Surprisingly good
Amazing customer service. Very responsive and so friendly. Nothing seems a problem. I tried the starter kit and am so impressed with the flavour of the coffee. The cup that comes with the package holds the heat for an incredible time and unbelievably holds the drinks cold too. I was sceptical of the resin at first but I can see and feel a difference in my energy levels.
I used to drink 4 double espressos a day I am now down to one and one Edensgate and loving it.
All in all this product and company are fantastic. I would highly recommend everyone to try it.

They had a recent problem with shipping…
They had a recent problem with shipping and are a small family business, I had ordered a few times with no issues then ordered in January and nothing arrived. emailed and stuff, got a response a week or so later apologising, explained the post issue, refunded my money AND sent me the original order. The products are fantastic, got the shatter, perfect and super strong! I was really impressed with their honesty and fairness. If you’ve ordered and had issues give them some time to get to you, they are worth it I reckon.

Ordered on the 8th of January, no sign of my order. Contacted the email address no response, phoned the phone number, goes to voicemail. I’ve messaged on social media too no response at all. I’m having to ask my bank to try and retrieve my money back. Update still no product or refund it’s been almost a month

The problem with Edensgate is how inconsistent they are, and the poor quality of their customer service. They simply do not respond to emails or messages when there is a problem. I ordered on the 2nd January and have waited nearly two weeks before reaching out via their website. No response. I’ve tried instagram DMs. Still no response. I emailed them directly and still no response.
How did I email them directly when they don’t offer an email address for contact on their website? I used the email from the last time they messed up my order and it didn’t arrive. I had to go through this same rigmarole: tried every means of contact, was ignored, complained on trustpilot and lo and behold they got in touch. So yes this has happened before and clearly more fool me for trusting they had improved properly.
It’s up to you whether you want to buy from them, as they can sometimes send out an order immediately and you’ll get it in two days. At other times though, you could be waiting and waiting…. I am understanding of delays as long as an email is sent explaining, as sometimes things happen, but to have on your website that orders will arrive in 2-3 days at the latest, isn’t very ethical. It feels like Edensgate just decide to put on very good offers like BOGOFs which would probably mean an influx of orders and money, and then just not process them until you complain.
I will await a reply on here but I may have to go via my bank for a refund or trading standards, let’s see.

The Rosin is RUBBISH
Whatever you do STAY AWAY from the 'Rosin' - it is black putrid gunk that made me feel ill, no smell, no taste, just tar - either burnt extraction or poor flower - either way, NOPE. Got no response whatsoever to the several msgs sent via their website's form, and the email sent all asking for a refund, even after I returned the items at my own expense. The return was tracked in post, and so I know delivered back to Edens Gate - Their refund policy is a joke, dunno about their other products but AVOID the rosin, it's not good.

Wonderful products, excellent service
Love the products, and they have excellent customer service. Had a couple of issues with my orders, and each time they were sorted out quickly. I'm really happy with all my purchases.....the brain coffee is lush, I'm on my second tub... and just received the Lionsmane Coffee which is also delicious...
No being roped into unwanted subscriptions...unlike other companies. I'm happy to continue ordering. Definitely worth it.
