like many other reviews on this company, the product I received was not as advertised. The Eden Reserve label was not on the package. there was no manufacture point of origin on the label. After two e-mails to customer service ,I could not get a straight answer to confirm my concerns about where this product was made. They said they would give me a refund but so far I haven't seen a cent. Also they stopped communicating with me. I am extremely disappointed. Craig Avery. Update. customer service actually got back to me and apologized for the delay in contacting me. They also assured me of a full refund.In their defence I must say that they didn't leave me hanging there. they provided me with a fair resolve. just wished they could have stated where the manufacture plant is that the garlic soft gels came from. my guess is there likely from China and the quality may be fine but I don't like playing Russian roulette. They need greater transparency on this product.

Do not order or give this Company your card details.
I ordered some soft gel garlic tablets on line. I expected they would be US manufactured as advertised. No, they came from China, and I then discover month after month additional payments taken from my card. They dont answer emails, in fact emails bounce back. Only thing i could do is cancel my card.

This definitely a SCAM they took money for subscription before the first order even arrived from China not USA has advertised. If you have bought this cancel the card you paid with and inform bank/ credit card provider about this scam they might refund you.Also I cancelled order and subscription straight away and they still took the money.

The website says it is a product manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility in the USA. Shipped from China, so unless they manufacture in the US ship it to China for packaging, then ship it back, I doubt this is a product of the US. They also double charged me for the order. They said that I signed up for the subscription, which I did not. And charged me double. When I emailed them and asked about the double charge they replied with: "Thank you for reaching out. I’ve reviewed your order details, and I can confirm that you enrolled in our Auto-Ship & Save subscription program, which is why a second charge occurred.
We have now cancelled your subscription to prevent any future charges. Please note that, as per our policy, subscription orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once they are processed and shipped, for safety and hygiene reasons".

This company is deceptive, period.
There is no mention anywhere that the product ships from China. You only find that out when you get the order tracking.
The company uses fake pictures of their product. It is a generic product.
The company offers 30-day guarantee, but after responding to one email, they blocked me and I can no longer get in touch with them. The customer service phone number (ostensibly in Miami) is not answered.

This company are complete con artists , sending unbranded goods from China, available on Ebay for as little as £8 , not to mention the sneaky way you are conned into a contract .....this company should be shut down . Not even worth 1 *

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! A COMPLETE SCAM TAKING REGULAR AMOUNTS UNDER SUBSCRIPTION AND GOODS NEVER RECEIVED

I ordered once and now they have sent and charged for another order and are not responding to emails

product from china was never told that it was a subscription every month but one shipment is a supply for 3 month ?????? and they are shipping every month I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I bought a 2-for-1 deal for $39.99 with a monthly subscription. One week later, they billed me for the subscription for one $49.99. Here is the worst part, it was on the weekend, and surprise, their website with their link to cancel the subscription is broken. Broken for the last 4 days. Finally, after 3 days trying to get this solved, I get this message. "Please note that, as per our policy, subscription orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once processed and shipped for safety and hygiene reasons." I have proof from their tracking that it has not left their warehouse yet. Still, they won't refund. SCAM, FRAUD, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Plus, Made in America? Nope, it comes from China. Stay away from this company.
UPDATE: It has been 24 days and I haven't received my first 2 for 1 order. Tracking says it has been at the airport in LA for a week. The second order is still in China. "Crafted in GP-certified USA facility." Nope!!! 6 - 10 days Shipping in US. NOPE AGAIN.

l also have been conned by this company, they also said l had set up subscription . I havent received anything and within a week they are charging me again . they refuse to cancel this. I wish i had read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing , They are a den of thieves

Avoid at all costs. Fraudulent set up. They try to lock you into a subscription, which you didn't agree to and send a second order to you within a week of your initial order.
Take action with your credit company.

Credit card company contacted. Money refunded to my account, Scam company blocked by Credit Card Company. Also for note, no items delivered.

SCAM, two weeks have passed and I have not received my product yet they have charged me for another 300! I didn’t realise it was a subscription this is very sneaky of them. They will not refund my money. Avoid Avoid Avoid
