Delayed arrival.
Final update:
The watch arrived today! Beautifully packaged plus it looks amazing on my husbands arm!
The problem seems to have been a technical one but I would highly recommend purchasing an EcoWood timepiece!
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it didn’t arrive on time.
Update:
I heard back from Ben, who profusely apologized for the delay but it seems that it’s more of a processing issue!
I truly appreciate that they got back to me, even offered me a 50% refund for any inconvenience which I declined because it seems like it’s not the company’s fault.
I will update again once I’ve received the watch!
I ordered a watch for my husband on December 11,2025. It’s December 31, and there is no sign of the watch arriving.
I fear that it’s gone missing.
It was tracked from China to Canada, where I am, but since yesterday it’s now tracked to California in the U.S.
I’ve tried reaching out to the company but have had no response.
If someone could get back to me via this platform I would greatly appreciate it!

Quality product and Top Notch customer service
The customer service and attentiveness to me when I inquired about Christmas delivery was unsurpassed. I ordered the watch for my adult son on Dec 8th and it still hadn't arrived by Dec 22nd. When I inquired I got immediate responses and although shipping/deliver delays was not their fault, they offered to compensate me. Luckily, as fate would have it, we just finished opening all presents Xmas morning and then the doorbell rang with the last and best present arriving! I was so happy. The watch is light, exquisite, personal and most importantly unique. My son loved it so much, and he kept staring at it and the message I had engraved on the back. "Dream big son, your time is now!" Love Mom. One day I know he will cherish this when I'm gone. Thank you Ecowoodwear for a wonderful quality gift and I may even get my husband one for our anniversary gift this year - he loved it too!

I got the product on time as was promised by the seller. The product was as expected. It's beautiful and unique. My husband loves it. Don't know how durable it will be but I like that it is adjustable to fit different wrist sizes. Great product overall.

Excellent Watch
The watch came exactly as it was described online. It's lightweight, stylish and easy to set up. The only issue I had was the long delivery time of over 3 weeks.

Firstly - the watch itself is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It’s lightweight and doesn’t snag the hairs on the arm. Secondly - the team were really good at keeping me up to date with deliveries.

I brought the watch for my husband for Christmas. It arrived in plenty of time and looked stunning. I was slightly concerned ordering off a website as my husband has quite large wrists and struggle to get them to fit. It was actually big but with the tool provided we made it fit perfectly. The shop app I used sent conflicting information on tracking information (shop app issue not the company) reached out to their customer service who came back quickly considering it was so close to Christmas and was so helpful. Would definitely purchase from them again.
