Extremely professional service, right from the introduction and explanation through to the fitting and installation. Even when the App didn’t work straight away they were more than courteous in returning at a time suitable for myself and explaining how it works.
If you are considering installing solar panels then I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

they carried out the work well had a couple of small problems but they resolved them and the system is running well and are very pleased.

Very happy with the initial contact from Ecowise Renewables, with the solution offered, the work undertaken and the after-sales support. They have been easy to deal with, have answered question and queries promptly and provided all the support requested.
The new inverter seems to be more efficient than the original, and the battery storage has meant we have not taken as much power from the grid. We have only had the installation for a couple of months, so too early to comment on the reliability of the inverter and battery, but we do not have any concernes. All working well, thank you.

The additional Solar Energy Batteries arrived around 9am and were fitted in the loft within 3 hours, which included making a bespoke platform.
the work was tidy and left clean. The fitter was friendly.

Fitted a 6w solar battery to my original solar panel system. Great company, very friendly, every thing explained in detail from selling to fitting he solar battery. after sales are great, battery stopped charging possibly due to a possible power cut , Malcom had me back working in seconds the amazing thing was the call was answered immediately not an hour later. We are a household of 3 . my July electric bill was £17, Aug £18 and sept £21 so I'm a happy Chappy. Thanks Ecowise..
