This paint was just what we were looking for! ECOS is true to their word when they claim a low level of fumes. The smell is almost non-existent after the paint is laid.

Order arrived sooner than expected. In the process of painting much of the house-going well so far. Color was just what I was hoping for, and the primer worked great!

Such a seamless experience- from ordering paint swatch cards to placing our paint order to receiving it. And the two times I’ve emailed with ECOS staff has been easy and stress free. I have recommended your company on a pregnancy app for expectant mothers seeking out cleaner paint options for their nurseries! Thanks again.

This was my second order of Ecos Paint. The first was fine.
I ordered paint for my entire house, brand new walls and plaster. After applying the paint, the paint and plaster started peeling off the walls. The plaster and walls were ruined.
Reached out to Ecos about this they sent me a survey of 25 questions (basically to place blame ) and offered me no help, no new paint, no refund. Had a few contractors look at it and they said the paint likely froze in transit. Cost to me $4000 in plaster, $1500 in paint. Not even an apology from Ecos. The worst paint experience ever.
I also found out it does have VOC's in the paint.

After using the paint the walls continued to peel over all the walls and ceiling. NOT small discreet areas. Taking random quotes from me early on is still the worst customer service, because there was no remedy provided from them. I had to find out from another paint manufacturer how to fix this.
In my business I always try to make it right for my customer. Ecos did not do this. I offered to send them samples of the failed paint and they just wanted pics and a video. Buyer beware.
There was still no help and no remedy.

Excellent paint was delivered quickly and did exactly what we needed to freshen up our crib ready for the new addition to our family.

This is the second house we have purchased ECOS paints for and from start to finish the process has been so quick and seamless. We've had them color match both times and couldn't be happier with the product. Highly, highly recommend.

Arrived quickly and your product is the ONLY pickled oak that matches our Merillat kitchen cabinets. I tried 3 other products that were dismal failures and wasted about $100. The original finish wore through in the places where our hands touch the drawer fronts and cabinet doors. Imagine I only installed them in 1990 ;) If I had varnished the wear surfaces after install and every few years after that I wouldn't have had to do the sanding and refinishing that is not done yet. This is my 2nd order because I was running low after doing all the drawer fronts and they are perfect. Thank you for an incredible product! Dr Mike

The product was fine as expected. However, We paid a premium for 3 Day UPS delivery on April 5th and did not receive our order until late in the day on April 12th one week or effectively 8 days after order was placed. This affected our contractor's ability to complete our home improvement project and delayed its completion. We would hesitate to use your products in future due to UPS's failure to deliver as promised.

Great selection of Eco friendly stains. My on-line order went through seamlessly and the stains came to our company very quickly. Nice work!

I will never buy paint from another company again. Not only is the product terrific, I had an excellent customer service experience too. I get migraines from artificial fragrances and any airborne byproducts of off-gassing and used this paint to cover the walls of a poorly ventilated area without and issue whatsoever. I am thoroughly impressed with the color, application, and, most importantly, the transparency of ingredients in this paint. Looking forward to trying other products and will spread the word about this company as far and wide as possible!

So far I love this paint! I still have two more coats but the first coat has dried to what looks to be a very fine coating. We'll see how it stands up over time.

Your follow-up on UPS delivery was unexpected and appreciated.

The color was great and vibrant. The finish is not too matte not too shiny. Fast delivery in 2 days. However, the paint spilled out of the can during shipping. Bit of a mess but not too much paint was lost. There was still a strong smell to the paint. Not sure if that's normal for the price we paid for this paint for being low or no voc.

The website is very helpful. The color chips are just what we expected.

The sample was received promptly. The stain color is acceptable, and the fact that there is no smell is wonderful. The sheen is O.K. I will try a second coat to see if it strengthens the sheen. The steps were sanded by a professional to remove paint spots (the stairs previously were covered with carpet). There are still some white paint spots and they show through the stain, so I am trying to figure out a way to paint those spots to match the wood first before ordering a quart of your stain. Hopefully, I can use acrylic paint under the stain.

I was very happy to receive my paint within a couple days after I ordered it! It was packaged very securely. The colors are exactly what I ordered.
I will definitely order again!
