Product was excellent, delivery was prompt, & help was available.

I recently purchased your paint to refinish a baby crib. I followed all recommended preparation steps, including thoroughly sanding the surface, and then applied the paint using both rollers and brushes. Despite my best efforts, it required 10 to 12 coats to achieve coverage, and even after all that work, the finish looks uneven and unattractive. This is extremely frustrating and not what I expected from a product marketed for quality and safety. I chose ECOS Paints specifically because of your reputation, which is why this experience has been so discouraging.

I simply reached out to customer service for help and they were rude, argumentative, and plainly just mean spirited

I've ordered samples after not getting satisfactory answers from customer service. I'm waiting on more samples and will make my decision once we try them. The older reviews say customer service is a nightmare, and I don't want to find myself in the same position. The reviews in 2025 seem fake. Looking at other paints now. I'm so glad for Trust Pilot.

My stain sample arrived on time and well-packaged in a cardboard canister. I didn’t give 5 stars because I was supposed to receive a 20% coupon off a gallon after buy $25+ worth of samples, but alas no coupon was included.

Received what I ordered in a timely manner. The color cards look wonderful. I can't wait to choose the right color and start painting.
