Had this company carry out some plastering and painting, who were recommended by the council , they were excellent in every way, time keeping great, the work they did was 1st rate, and the chap called Deivioas (David) was very nice did a great job he went above and beyond thank you. would definitely recommend.

Excellent professional and honest service. The appointment was kept on time and I was updated if any further information was needed. The chap was courteous, professional, polite and helpful. I was told what was done, what needed doing and everything explained. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and extremely efficient
The two men who came to our home on this day to treat the mould were extremely friendly, polite as well as efficient. The younger man also admired some of my art.

Hi, I am so happy with the work done on my property, it was done professionally and without incident. The work was completed by Pete W, I cannot fault his work in any way he was polite and made me feel at ease and as an elderly woman that is so important, I would also like to thank Robbie C who joined Pete later in the week when Pete felt unwell and the two fellas made a great team and finished the job on time. Thank you fellas, you are welcome to a cup of tea anytime your passing.

Amazing support
Ecosafe have been supporting us with the very complex fire compartmentalisation in our loft space. We are a care provider so having this sort of work is a huge challenge to us, Ecosafe and in particular Andy have bent over backwards to ensure that the vital safety work has been carried out with minimal impact to the vulnerable people we support. At every stage we have been kept in the loop and made aware of changes or problems found with instant solutions to them.
I can't recommend this team enough

Daryl & Tom were friendly & clearly explained what the purpose of the visit was for. They also kindly wore plastic shoe protectors as I explained I have young grandchildren who play on the floor with toys. In addition to this I'd recently had my carpets cleaned.

Absolute. Came to do an EICR without booking a date with me in advance. Surprise suprise i wasnt in. Have tried to book them back in at least 4 times since July 2025. Still no dates offered. Absolute time wasters!!

My 91 year old mum had three rooms…
My 91 year old mum had three rooms decorated recently. The decorator his name was Peter was so good with my mum. It took a week to complete and was done to a very high standard. Mum is over the moon with it as she has waited so long for it to be done. Peter was professional and has done an excellent job. Cleaned up every day before leaving. Wonderful

Really disgusting company based in Poole
Really disgusting company based in Poole that has the truly diabolical Magna Housing as a partner.They installed a loft hatch above the communal entrance stairway to my flat without themselves or Magna giving me prior written notification,which was a blatant breach of my rights and then after i cancelled their attempt to quickly conduct a survey in the loft of my home after giving me too short a notice of just 5 days they had the cheek to turn up anyway,repeatedly knocking on my door after unlocking the communal entrance door downstairs,which was HARASSMENT and in due course after going through the formal complaints process with Magna i shall be reporting them both to the Housing Ombudsman.
I see Ecosafe have now responded and when they stated 'we are not required to provide written notification' that is a stretch of the truth and they really mean to say after that,'because Magna should have given the written notification beforehand', BUT as neither did Ecosafe and Magna are BOTH to blame and i have e.mail evidence from Magna stating that Ecosafe should have notified me before the hatch installation and so dear reader what we are seeing is 'the old 'blame game tactic' in effect and so that is why both are to blame because they can't and more like won't decide which one of them is to blame.

The loft hatch works carried out were part of our essential fire safety programme within communal spaces. In these instances, we are not required to provide prior written notification to residents. However, we recognise that communication is important, and will be ensuring that all residents receive advance notice through letters or emails, and that posters are displayed in communal areas before any works begin.
We understand that you are in conversations with our Fire Team to book in a date for your fire survey to be conducted, which is great.
The fire safety surveys and follow-up works are carried out to ensure residents’ homes and shared areas meet up-to-date legal and safety standards. These inspections are a vital part of reducing fire risks for everyone in the building and ensuring compliance with national regulations.
We note that similar concerns have been raised previously, and our team remains available to discuss this further using the contact details you already have. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please email info@ecosafegroup.co.uk, and our complaints team will review your case in line with our procedures.

I've waited 13 years as a council…
I've waited 13 years as a council tenant for our new kitchen. And ecosafe installed it. We are over the moon with it. A big thank you to all the guys who helped to getting it look amazing.
