I sent a parcel to Hungary from Ireland before Christmas, parcel was lost, dpd confirmed it, ecoparcel should start the insurance claim , I can not contact with them since Cristmas. Dpd contacted them too no reaction from Ecoparcel. Parcel valued about 400 euros.

Nobody came to collect the parcel, and I was told by customer service that I was not at home. I tried to argue that I have cameras, and nobody came to collect, but no response. It's the last time I'm dealing with them.

SCAM! They didn't deliver my package even though on the website it's marked as delivered. Whats worse is that they don't even have a proper contact form to report it

Primero de todo, nadie vino a recoger el paquete. Luego se canceló el paquete, diciendo que no había nadie en la vivienda cuando estuve todo el día esperando a que vinieran. No se puede contactar con ellos, no hay ningún correo ni ningún número de teléfono, por lo que solo puedes contactar con ellos por su pagina web. Les escribí (tardan mucho en contestar si no es una IA quien te contesta al momento), pidiendo un rembolso, me explicaron como hacerlo pero la pagina web me ponía que habían pasado 7 días y no podía recuperar el dinero. Se lo dije, y me dijeron que era un error, que si podía recuperar el dinero aún que hayan pasado 7 días, les dije que igualmente no me dejaba, y me dijeron que se pondría una persona con mi caso. Tras unos días esperando, se han puesto en contacto conmigo, y me han dicho que ha pasado mucho tiempo de mi pedido, y que no puedo hacer nada. Por lo que he tenido que acudir a otra empresa más eficiente que está (aunque no es difícil superarles), y Ecoparcel solo ha servido para gastar mi dinero de una manera estúpida.

I would like to put -10. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
They did not deliver the packages and do eight days I kept on waiting at home and the packages were never attempted to deliver I had to go and pick them up myself, this is inconceivable for a delivery company.
They made an excuse about the address not correctly specified but two packages out of 6 were delivered so how with the same address some where delivered and some not?

I never received my parcel in November 25 and Ecoparcel Support team will not return my communications. Its very very disappointing and a poor level of service.

Absolutely Horrible!!
Took over 2 months to return the package to the original sender because their customer support is absolutely awful. They hardly reply, don’t provide contact for complaints department (as it’s required by the Terms and Conditions), and never assumed any responsibility on their massive failure. I was just days for filling a legal complaint when the box was finally returned.
NEVER AGAIN!!

Please don’t send with them. They took money, collected parcel and now I have no money and no parcel and on their website it says order cancelled. Tried to contact them and no reply. So shortly saying it is scam. Very sad that government allows that website like these exists. People are getting robbed.

Booked a pickup for a parcel to be shipped out - stayed home all day, no collection showed up. Tried to contact Ecoparcel - no phone support! - and after a few days, got a response from 'customer service' that my order had been cancelled - no option offered to rebook. They opted to cancel, yet charged me a cancellation fee. A HUGE SCAM - do not use this excuse for a courier company!

Absolutely garbage service. DO NOT USE ECOPARCEL.

I paid 50€ to ship a package. They just straight up lost my package and refused to refund me in any way.

Their excuse for not giving a refund was the package contained a ceramic item... OK and that has what to do with them losing it entirely?

They also claimed the package was improperly packaged. One, it was not, I packed it extremely well. And two, how would they even know that since they lost it?

Again, garbage service.

I paid 50€ for absolutely nothing but a headache. My package contained gifts for a friend that were hand made and irreplaceable and now they are completely lost with no refund because this terrible company failed at their only job.

Zum 2. Mal ist die Abholung nicht erfolgt, nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen gab es plötzlich keine Nachricht von Seiten Ecoparcel mehr.
Das sind definitiv Betrüger.

I shipped a parcel from Italy to Spain in March. It has been lost for almost a month. EcoParcel have washed their hands of the whole thing. Do not use.

A company you cannot trust. They lost my package and initially refused to take responsibility. They claimed it had been delivered, even though their own tracking system clearly showed it was sent to a different location. In the end, they were unable to locate the package and still refuse to issue a refund.

Bardzo złe doświadczenie z Ecoparcel. Cały dzień czekałem na kuriera, który miał odebrać paczkę – niestety nikt się nie pojawił. Co gorsza, w systemie pojawiła się informacja, że kurier rzekomo był na miejscu i nikogo nie zastał, co jest nieprawdą. Kurierzy nie dzwonią przed przyjazdem, więc trzeba zmarnować cały dzień na czekanie. Brak profesjonalizmu i wprowadzanie klienta w błąd. Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z tej firmy.

Absolutely unacceptable service from Ecoparcel. I wasted an entire day waiting for a courier who never showed up. Then I was falsely informed that a pickup attempt was made and no one was available – which is a complete lie. No phone call, no notice, nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. Customers are expected to sit and wait all day for nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

They want to charge a felexible cancellation fee.
I did not take up that offer.
They say that the courier SEUR made several attemts to deliver and no one was avaialble. I was at home all of the week from Dawn until Dusk. Ecoparcel now wish to charge me 6 euors for a canellation fee. Cheap service now I understand why. Disgraceful and would never recommend them.

The communication is non existent. You simply have to trust everythign goes well. I shipped five 20kg boxes from the Netherlands to Spain (order taken by GLS) and the boxes arrived on time but very damaged. One of the boxes was not the original packaging: the box must have been too damaged and they replaced it with a new one (original box had double bottom and side walls, and double sturdy duck tape layers). Two plates were broken inside despite being protected with fabrics... In summary, it can work but expect a rough trip and the uncertainty of not receiving notifications, and no chance to use the costumer support line. I will not use it again.

Ho di recente usato questo sito per farmi spedire dei cerchi in lega + pneumatici dall'Austria all'Italia, e sono stati quasi impeccabili sia sulla tracciabilità dei pacchi e sulle tempistiche da loro dichiarate e il prezzo era in linea con le altre compagnie. Tuttavia controllando al momento del pagamento risulta un numero di telefono non valido, e nella sezione "contatti" non vi e modo di farlo neanche via email, solo tramite chat, e le recensione sul sito sono praticamente tutte false, difatti andando su Trustpilot stessa la maggior parte, per non dire tutte le persone che hanno usufruito del servizio ne sono rimaste deluse, se non a detta loro truffate. In conclusione la mia esperienza è stata ottima, niente da dire, ma consiglio di usare altri siti, per una questione di trasparenza.

Ecoparcel es una estafa. Realice y Page el servicio. Después de 6 días no vinieron a recogerlo. Solicite la devolución y no han realizado. NI ME DIERON EL SERVICIO NI ME HAN DEVUELTO EL DINERO.

I sent my parcel the 27 February from Ireland And was delivered the 10th of March !!! No contact details all reviewers on their website is fake !!!!

Ho prenotato il ritiro di un pacco dall'Italia per la Slovacchia. Il ritiro non è mai avvenuto e non posso chiedere nessun rimborso, inoltre l'assistenza non mi risponde piu. Si sono presi i soldi e nessuno ha svolto il servizio. Reclamerò anche al centro consumatori europeo. Assurda una cosa del genere.
