In the three months since I started, I must say my experience has been quite positive. While the major returns are yet to materialize, my store is already making sales, and the groundwork laid by the team at Ecom Automized is promising. I appreciate the progress made thus far and am optimistic about the future returns as they continue to set up and optimize my store.

While my overall experience with Ecom Automized has been highly positive, there's a specific aspect that warrants improvement. Navigating their dashboard can be a bit confusing, and I believe simplifying it would enhance user understanding. Aside from this, I am thoroughly pleased with the exceptional service they offer, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to those seeking to establish automated stores. A solid five-star rating from me!

I took a chance on Ecom Automized, and it paid off big time. Their deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem helped me develop and implement actionable strategies to improve my store's performance. To be honest, I don't trust this company anymore. I've had an unfortunate experience with Ecom Automized. They made numerous promises and convinced me to proceed with their services by making an upfront payment. Despite my initial hesitation and inquiry about negative reviews, they assured me those reviews were from competitors. However, this turned out to be untrue. After receiving my payment, they have vanished without a trace. It's my belief that they might be based in Pakistan and lack the expertise they claim. If considering business with them, I strongly advise against paying upfront.

Please note that they have updated their review again (twice) because I discovered a conflict in their review. I explained to readers how unconvincing their updated review was, and it's worth noting that they have since removed the parts I mentioned. I have a screenshot of their initial update. I will do my best to help as many people as I can.
Here is the story: I applied for a Walmart store on May 17, 2023. The person from Ecom Automized convinced me that sales would start in 3 weeks, and I would see a profit within 60 days, with a money-back guarantee if not. However, 60 days passed with nothing happening. They made me apply for an LLC and EIN myself; they never took any action at all. All they did was act like a well-organized company, pretending to have different departments and a head office. I don't believe they have it all.

1. Ecom-Automized did not refund me. As you can see in my previous review, I mentioned that my bank tracked them, and I got my money back. This was because I paid using a credit card through Upwork. After numerous back-and-forth emails and calls, they refused to refund me and instead tried to push me into an Amazon store plan because they couldn't set up a Walmart account. So, I reported this to my bank, resulting in a chargeback from my bank, and Upwork also issued a chargeback. My bank and Upwork played a crucial role in preventing the scam.

2. In your response to this review, you claimed, 'You never gave us a chance to set up a Walmart account,' and then you said, 'We only asked you to replace the service model from Walmart to Amazon.' Everyone can see you are lying. I did give you a chance to set up a Walmart account, which you failed to do. Then, you asked me to switch to Amazon services, which is exactly what I'm saying. You are admitting that you refused to refund me and tried to force a service replacement, as I mentioned. You are saying this yourself unless you update your response after this update (I will take screenshots before you do).

3. 'You blamed Ecom Automized for everything.' Yes, because you were not acting ethically. You made false promises and acted as if you were doing everything you could. I obtained my EIN myself and provided you with all the necessary documents to start. Instead of fulfilling your commitments, you chose to run away with my money, forcing me to report you to my bank and Upwork.

4. 'YOU DID NOT STOP; you hired freelancers to write FAKE REVIEWS to defame our reputation.' (they removed this part) Well, I didn't know you were capable of such actions, but now you're admitting to it. Does this mean that all your positive reviews were obtained by hiring freelancers? I can now see why you have those few positive reviews. It's clear that you are willing to pay freelancers to get positive feedback, as a single positive review might convince one person and bring in more than 5K. However, there's nothing to gain from hiring a freelancer to leave a negative review. So, I will never invest my money in something without a clear return. Those negative reviews must be from real people like me who had a bad experience. I will make a video that show our every conversation and real payments on youtube, I will put the link on their youtube comment and others, people need to know. atleast never pay them upfront untill you see something, do your own research.

just to make it short this company is experienced scam. The person who goes with 2 names is the operation manager who contacted me and convinced me to do business with them. They did not help with anything, so I had to ask refund. Sadly, they refused to refund me though they give and stopped answering my calls and emails. I don't even know what to do, they are complete scammers. I am lucky my bank tracked them and got my money back, if it wasn't for my bank they could have run away by now.

I have been very impressed in the first month and a half of working with Ecom Automized. They have had great communication through the whole process and have done everything they said they would do in the timeframe they said they would do it in.

I signed up with Ecom Automized for a Walmart store on 4/28/23 and by 5/15/23 they had me approved with Walmart and by 5/26/23 I had my first sales. We are still in the early stages of ramping up sales but things are on a good trajectory and I am very pleased so far.
