Fantastic quality products (silicon straws, bamboo cotton buds & bamboo toothbrush). The staff were friendly, responding quickly to my queries. Out all the other eco brands, EcoMad is now top of my list. I was particularly impressed by their ethos and the product information in their website, striking the right balance for me to make an informed decision about which items to purchase. They explained the life cycle of each product, the impact of making each item, and how to dispose of them. For example, with the silicon straws, I can send them back for EcoMad to recycle for me.

Short straws
I ordered two packs of the small pink stainless straws for my daughter's zoom sleepover party. Only one arrived but that was rectified very quickly. The quality is excellent and they come in a lovely bag with a cleaning brush. Great product and service

Perfect for little ones!
Excellent product. Just what I needed for my little girls (3 and 2) who enjoy dining their hot chocolate and fruit juice with straws. They're the right length and not too thick. Perfect for little thirsty mouths!

We can see that you order was delivered within the 3-5 business day timeframe as shown on our website. Your order was shipped on 29th December, it may be that all the bank holidays made it seem longer than it actually was.
I can see that your order was delivered on 5th January :)
We tried to reply to your email, but every time it was returned to sender, and you didn't add a phone number to your order, so we couldn't call :(
