Very pleased with my move with EcoGreen removers. The two men that did the job worked over and above the call of duty including removing the arm of my sofa to get it through the door. All my furniture successfully reassembled at my new flat. They certainly earned their tip.

Can highly recommend from my…
Can highly recommend from my experience. Quotation process was easy, list everything to go and a by item quote was provided. On the day I needed to add five items and the quote was updated at a good rate. The team arrived on time, calling before they were due so we were ready. The van was packed within 90mins. We had a 480 mile trip and went through awful weather. The team updated as we went. The tracker app was really helpful It was a very long day, arriving late but the team did not stop. The move completed within a 24 hour window. Thank you.

Ash and Sam arrived on time
Ash and Sam arrived on time, were friendly and took great care of our belongings. We were moved into our new home in under two hours. They were amazing, fabulous, would recommend them all day long. Not the Reliable Service I Was Promised
I moved 3 weeks ago using ecogreen movers and was hopeful about this company given the good reviews.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and cannot recommend them.
I was given my time slot the night before my move, which was estimated to be around 9-11am. The move was a 6 hour drive so I was glad to be able to set off early alongside the van. At 11am, they called to let me know they had to help with an "emergency move" and will be at mine around 2pm. They called again, now it's 5pm. They finally arrived at mine around 8pm to load the van (and not to be pedantic, but there hadn't been a single apology, just "to let you know, we're running late"). I was also moving with my cat who I took down with me, but as he gets anxious in the car this made it tricky to time his anxiety medication well.
Anyways, that's sort of besides the point, but I was very stressed about the move. And this moving company unfortunately exacerbated the stress.
I then arrived at my new home at 1am, the movers finally got there around 5am. The customer service team, albeit quick to reply on whatsapp, continued calling me to demand I pay the rest of my outstanding charge. What I had not been aware of is this - when I booked the move, a month earlier, I tried to give the best estimate of how much stuff I would be taking down. I mentioned all the important and big stuff, and on the day of the move I had 2 suitcases and 6 bags I had not initially put in my request - You know how it is, it turns out your sweaters are bulkier than you imagine.
Well, this added an extra £350 (!!!!!!!!!!!!) pounds to the total of my move. After they had been around 10 hours late already- and because of this, they very very kindly reduced it down to an additional £200 (!!!!!) instead. The moving men refused to leave my home until I paid this additional charge in full, and at 5am, a move with a very agitated cat, and a 6 hour drive, I didn't have it in me to argue. I'm also aware that it was not the customer service lady or the moving boys who were responsible for this, and they didn't deserve to be argued with. But I think this needs to be made much clearer before booking the move.
I have moved cross-country a couple times in my life and have never dealt with, frankly, such nonsense. It happens so so easily that you underestimate the amount of stuff you have, and it really was not so much extra stuff to justify an extra £200 (or £350 if they had been on time). If this cost was due to more carrying, I would have honestly been preferred to just load the stuff myself. And I know might be additional fuel costs, but surely not that much. I never got told what the additional cost was actually broken down into.
I know this is a very long review but everyone I told this story to could not believe it. Given how many good reviews there are, I feel like it's important to point out not everyone has had a good experience.

Economical, efficient and professional
From the get go, smooth conversation and they accommodated us in short period of time. Our movers cancelled same day, and we booked Eco movers in afternoon for late evening slot. They helped us in no time and gave such a good price even for urgent move, better price than our previous movers. Mover guys were so efficient, they moved our boxes and suitcases within 30 mins from 3rd floor and reached from glasgow to Edinburgh within an hour and kept all our belongings safely and with due care. Best movers service we have ever used and I will 100% recommend it for everyone.
