The bike is great battery went dead fast the first use but over all it ok but it do not go 52 miles

An excellent service in every respect. Friendly and knowledgeable expertise made chosen our electric bikes very easy. They were delivered promptly and have proven to be a very good buy.

First of all the Eco Bike Company are brilliant, very helpful and honest, this is my first E-bike, infact first bike I've owned in years.
The Ampere X-Trail is fantastic, looks great and is a joy to cycle, even without using the motor, but when it comes to using the PAS it's amazing, going up a hill is soooooo easy.
Only time will really tell how good this bike is but that's the same for any bike.
But if you are thinking about buying an E-Bike I highly recommend using Eco Bike Company and if you haven't got a massive budget, the Ampere X-Trail is a class purchase.

10% IS A SCAM. I liked the good service, but I never got the 10% off, as the site mentioned. In my book, I ordered online, but first had to speak to a rep to make sure I was ordering the right batteries. After charging me $500, they reneged on the 10%. He argued that I did not order online, but as far as I am aware. SO DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THAT 10% BECAUSE IF YOU SPEAK TO A REP, YOU WILL NOT GET IT.

My new ampere deluxe 26” is fantastic to ride on the hilly roads around home. It’s opened up a whole new exhilarating world for me!
Customer service was brilliant. The bike arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Comprehensive details were provided on the final fitting together. However, not being used to diy I made use of the after sales service and received immediate, individualised advice including photos and videos. Brilliant service, thank you!

I needed help with understanding the type of e bike which would be best suited to my age, riding style, usage etc and after I’d been searching and speaking to many on line Companies, finally i found Jarred at Eco bike. Plenty of help, advice and no pressure i bought a bike through them. So far very happy with my new bike.

Straight out of the box with a squeaky rear brake. Was asked to take to a bike shop to be looked into which was refunded by Eco. Still not better. Will have to get this sorted again out of my own pocket. Having done over 200 miles on it, it has clearly not bedded in. Ado quality control is not good.

1st class service, product was recommended after the team listen to requirements and it absolutely what i wanted, the ebike was delivered quickly and easlt to assemble. 10/10 for sercice and product.

The online chat was very helpful in both ordering and checking on delivery etc. Their prices were the best offered and having an extra years warranty is peace of mind. The Ampere hilux crossbar ebike came well packaged and everything was in order and correct.
Free delivery was a bonus too.

Amazing customer service from begining to end, can not recommend enough.
I will never go anywhere else.

Communications were great, a problem with stock of the bike that we originally ordered was sorted immediately and a new bike sourced and differences explained with the option of a refund if we didn't think it suitable. The bike arrived last week and is excellent, it was well packaged with very little 'building' required (pedals). The company could not have been more helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

They claim to be open 0900-1800 yet when I called on 27 Jan at 1741 nobody was available. The same again at 0924 on the 28th. When the call was returned I was told to email without any details taken. At 1729 I'd not had any acknowledgement so called and was told the order was with someone and was being handled.

Today,2 days later, I called and now it's claimed the order was in their junk email folder. The person gave the least since apology and conveniently there's no manager around.

Is this a business you would trust?

I know I don't and the can keep their bad attitude, their awful customer service and clearly their management don't care.

I've absolutely no doubt they'll try to bury this review, all bad businesses do the same. One thing they certainly won't get is my business

The worst customer service. Don't trust that the bikes on their website are in stock as they aren't. If I'd known they weren't I would've ordered from someone else. No communication.. and no bike.. disgusting..

I bought the engwe x 26 cheapest place I could find on internet by £25 best fun I've had since I was a kid so worth the money so get yourself a ebike delivered to your door best move ive ever made thanks ecobikes

Contacted then for some after sales help finding parts for my wife's e-bike. had a very quick response from Katie who not only found the parts we needed but arranged for them to be delivered to us. Excellent service even as it was over 3 years since we purchased our e-bikes from them. Fantastic After Sale Service.

Amazing customer Service- How things should be done

Dealt with this company for to purchase some E-Bikes under the cycle to work scheme. the cycle to work scheme is complicated as it is but they simplified it all, arranged a swift delivery and bent over backwards to ensure we were happy.

we tried to redeem our vouchers with Evans Cycles, wrongly thinking that such a well known brand would be best, we were wrong. would highly recommend
