Great support today from Eco Services when dealing with a fault on our ASHP. This is our first interaction after moving via our installer to a service plan with this company. Super prompt reply and managed to sort the issue via telephone with an electrical engineer avoiding any call out fees.

Great support and service. When the service revealed a problem the engineer quickly fixed it.

Engineer was thorough and professional

Routine service of our air source heat pump hot water and central heating system. First time it has been done by this company and absolutely delighted with the quality of the service and sorting out a problem that I had put up with for a long time, Tom the engineer figured out the issue straight away. Also found the pressure gauge wasn't working, topped up the glycol. Came back today to change the faulty parts and the replacement was completed in a very short time.
