At eclipse the staff are helpful and friendly. clean inside and easier to find than i thought it would be. I did a few photoshoots and i was very impressed with the photographer. overall good experience.

Considering I had never done something like this before, it went really well!! The staff at Ecplise made me feel at ease and everything went so smoothly I genuinely enjoyed my time there. They were also really thorough and clear with their words and I really appreciate that!!

I had a great experience with the team and everyone was a pleasure to meet. Very professional and helpful individuals on the team with a lovely photographer that made me feel super confident infront of the camera

This agency Eclipse Model Management claim that they will build their models portfolio free of charge however you will be charged £100 deposit, and for portfolio images. But they use different names such as PortfolioKings on the payment receipts or Models A BUREAU Ltd which are 2 different companies so it doesn't look like Eclipse Model Management are taking any payments from their models. I have this news from the department of Business and trade so have evidence just in case this review is flagged for having defamatory content. In regards to their reply below I wish to add that I have Never contacted any government bodies to verify that Eclipse Model management are a legitimate business. In regards to the pictures I have paid £600 for extra images and £500 to be on special board and these receipts are under PortfolioKings and have submitted these receipts to Trust pilot and will do it again if I have to. Training is not included in the Special board that I'm on. I've edited this review due to their lies.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!
They called me out of the blue saying they saw my details on an application and were impressed eventhough I never applied. I ignorantly decided to trust them at first due to their tricky sales tactics. I live in Manchester and was invited to an interview at their office in Croydon, London. I decided to take a day off work and go spending a vulgar amount just to get there. As I got there, they had me waiting for 2hours and then took me in to take some portfolio pictures. As I was 18 at the time, they made my sister accompany me. During the interview, they asked various questions which I answered appropriately. The man interviewing then said are you ready to get started and I said yes, he asked me to pay a £100 refundable deposit. When I asked why, he claimed it’s just an insurance policy as I am 18 and he brushed the fact that I brought my sister. I was then made to wait a further one hour until they made me do a catwalk then called me into their office to tell me “congratulations, they will give me an opportunity. I was over the moon until they took me through the details of the contract. He showed me the different modelling boards. He said one is £300, the gold one is £750 and the premium package is £1000!!!! He then said but I know which one would be the best for you, lo and behold he suggested the premium one. I was gobsmacked, I asked him why I had to pay when I, as the prospective model would be bringing the business revenue. He responded it is due to business costs, paying for my photos and getting me work etc. This is when my alarm bells rang and I realised this is a scam. I told them I was no longer interested, he continued to attempt to pressure me to sign the contract. I finally told him sternly no and requested for my “refundable” deposit back. He claimed that the lady in the finance department had gone home and I would have to call back on Monday. My mind knew this was dodgy as their office and number of employees is not well established enough for them to start labelling departments. Anyway, I had to hurry to catch my train back to Manchester, which I missed and had to pay for another one. Fast forward to Monday, I called them and requested my money back. They started gaslighting me suggesting they never said it was refundable. I was transferred on the phone to the interviewer who interviewed me and he started speaking to me in a patronising manner saying “this is why we don’t like bringing 18 year olds, you are not mature enough etc.” He said the £100 was to pay for the pictures they took of me and for the interview even though they never agreed to send me the pictures which the first email they ever sent to me said they would free of charge. They finally said they would send it back but can only do this in 2 weeks time. After 2 weeks, I once again tried contacting them and they never got back to me. DO NOT USE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! BUSINESS OWNER WOULD BE IMPRISONED IF IT WAS UP TO ME!!

The staff were very friendly and supportive of my overall decisions. My shoot was great , was directed throughout which made it easier for me.

The experience was great, jacob was really honest and straight to the point, legit people with legit guidance and the photographer was really patient and guiding me through everything, would deffo recommend it to people looking to get into modelling

Been signed to them for almost a whole year, paid for the highest board, they never found me any work, nothing specific just general work they send for everything, practically everything they said in the interview was bs, they sent me the wrong portfolio twice. Due to their lack of care I stopped bothering to apply for the jobs on their website and instead have just decided I’m going to argue me case and get my money back regardless of what the contract said, as they’ve broken it themselves, also on multiple occasions they sent me work for the opposite gender…… please never sign with them.

All of the reasons that you’ve listed below are completely irrelevant. I have the patience I have the time and I have the money to invest what I don’t have is the patience for an agency that applies unnecessary pressure and sneaky business practices to pressure people in the interview to purchase the highest possibly board they can which I did might as well have purchased the lowest board and received the same treatment as all boards…. Don’t market something as if it’s going to help their career but it only laces the company’s pocket

I would like to thank Eclipse Model Management for professional approach on my interview. Whole process was a smooth experience with kind people all around.

The staff were very professional and welcoming. The photographer was friendly and helpful and she gave good direction.
All in all it was a great experience and a good excuse to get glammed up and take some professional pictures.

Had my first fashion show last weekend in London. Was incredible!..to all the charity,caramelrock, who gave me the opportunity to be apart of your fashion show. To the makeup artists,hair stylists,designs and the stunning and lovely fellow models I worked with. It's been a pleasure working with you all and I hope to work with you in the future someday :).

Having signed the contract in June on a lower board, I am very grateful that the agency offered a full scale beauty shoot free of charge when I expressed the strong commitment to become a good model. Glad that opportunities are indeed given, with very professional services of make-up and photography. Enjoyed a good conversation and team work on the day of shooting. Model booker Shannon is a professional and caring lady. Makeup artist Dina made the process enjoyable. Photographer Miriam is brilliant in giving guidance. A great experience!

Should've recognised the red flags. After waiting 2.5 hours, I was asked for a £100 security deposit to be considered. but when I got to the next stage and they asked for between £300-1500 more, and if I didn’t sign the contract, I would lose my secuirty deposit (somehow all of this is returned after a 12 month’s contract). It was then clear that nothing was offered for free to "develop" me as a model until I make a payment. I backed out. I should have researched the agency, checked 1 star google reviews, or contacted a model in their IG.

Thankfully I was with my boyfriend who was very skeptical so we didn't sign a contract or do a 3 outfit photoshoot.

He went back the next day and asked for the deposit back. After some back and forth, they returned the money on the spot. They first said they would send it after 6 pm , but obviously you can’t trust them so don’t leave until it’s been returned.

This is the best model agency i have ever seen.
The personal is very kind and l was well looked after.
