I really like using the online card provided by EcardForest, the systems is simple to use and there's also a money collection option which allows the recipient to choose their own voucher, so no more second guessing their favourites!
On the odd occasion I cannot easily find the answer to something, Dayana is always quick to respond. usually within a couple of hours. thank you Dayana.

Ease of use. I tried about four different companies and could not get something that I was was happy with, they also became too complicated to navigate.
The steps to complete this card are straightforward and uncomplicated. The other advantage is , when I sent it to friends and family to sign, they had no problems doing so,
some of us are technologically challenged, and even those folks had no problems.

The response time , from Dayana, is lightening fast.
I’ve asked for help, two or three times , with changing the image on the card, she responded within minutes.
Very impressed. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We are a global company with a big workforce and need to create cards frequently. Someone in our Indian office create a card for a UK leaver with the contribution pot in Indian Rupees. I emailed asking for the pot to be changed to GBP £ and it was done by Dayana immediately! Fabulous support! What a wonderful employee you have there!

I had trouble revealing my gift card code but I emailed the support and in THREE minutes Dayana had fixed the issue for me. Insanely good customer service and a great company overall to send e-cards to friends overseas.
