My experience so far has been great! They deliver exactly what the promise which is a set of FX tools (contracts) to help any company (especially a small one) to hedge and manage the risks of FX exchange in nowadays volatile environment, something that traditional banking system does not care to provide to most businesses. My account manager is very helpful, as a consultant in every step of the way and has also a very great market insight! Furthermore, in contrast to some negative reviews I have written regarding documentation, I believe the regulatory compliance is in the mandatory level and nothing more.
