Betrug, die service Nummer ist von Expedia. Man kann diese Firma nicht erreichen und bekommt auch keine Rechnung Über bezahlte Beträge. Auch nicht beim hotel selber.

EBOOKING canceled our reservation the day we were to arrive for my daughter's wedding day. We reserved a 2bedroom at the Excapes on Orange Beach. It is on the beach. EBOOKING moved us to the Hotel Indigo which is NOT on the beach and has NO beach access. Which would be fine if they had not lied and said they contacted the property and he was positive it was on the beach. Never use EBOOKING if you want what you actually paid for. So disappointed and sad.

Pessima esperienza, prenoto una camera e mi confermano là disponibilità, quando arrivò alla struttura mi dicono che hanno la camera ma non possono darmela perché non accettano prenotazioni il giorno stesso ed il sito me é al corrente. Provo a contattare il servizio clienti e risponde una segreteria dicendo che operano dal lun. Al venerdì dalle 8 alle 22, peccato che erano le 22:30 dì venerdì. Ho potuto trovare una stanza all’una di notte spendendo € 300 . La settimana seguente quando sono riuscito a parlare con il servizio clienti mi hanno solo detto di non preoccuparmi che avrebbero restituito i soldi che avevano prelevato. Ho scritto molte email ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta nemmeno per delle scuse.Pessimo servizio è pessima assistenza.

It's a fraud. I booked an apartment in Thessaloniki Greece and they gave me a fake mobile contact number, so i was unable to confirm the reservation i paid for. Call their so called customer service and they didn't know what to answer me, so they hanged up on me. Of course i've made an official complain to the greek police for internet fraud of this site

Messaggio per tutti gli utenti che CREDONO di prenotare su booking.com ma, non so come, si finisce dirottati su qs sito molto simile ...... cercando la conferma sull'app (di booking.com) ho scoperto..... quanto accaduto (confermato anche telefonicamente dall'operatrice). Spero VIVAMENTE che booking.com intervenga ad avvisare la sua fedele clientela della possibilità di... sbagliare....sito.

Non si possono dare zero stelle se no darei zero stelle.. prenotato su questo sito l'hotel il 6 aprile 2021 per la settimana di ferragosto con tanto di pagamento appunto il 6 aprile e e-mail di conferma dell'avvenuta prenotazione.. l'11 agosto arrivato alla struttura la prenotazione non c'era, l'assistenza non rispondeva neanche al telefono e la camera non mi è stata data.. alla fine per botta di cu*o dopo aver girato tantissimi hotel sono riuscito a trovare un altro hotel ad un prezzo onesto se no sarei rimasto a piedi per le mie vacanze.. Non prenotate su questo sito assolutamente INAFFIDABILE!

Scandaloso. Regolarmente pagato ma il pagamento non è arrivato alla struttura......
Dopo vicissitudini e telefonate sono riuscito ad avere la camera prenotata che non rispondeva pero' alla descrizione con cui veniva publicizata. Aria condizionata assente wifi assente nonostante fossero inserite nella dotazione della camera. Statene lontani.

nessuno capisce cosa sia questo eBooking.
le strutture non sanno neanche della sua esistenza.. quindi immagino sia una truffa

TRUFFA. Trovato il telefono della struttura di Mazara del Vallo dove ebooking dava disponibilità dal 14 al 18 agosto che non hanno mai avuto contatti con ebooking e stanno cercando di evitare problemi con la clientela che dovesse presentarsi

Escroquerie totale , paiement intégral et pas de place en arrivant à l hotel .... Remboursement impossible

In case you proceeded to put your credit card information, but they didn't took the money away from you, my advice is to immediately transfer all your money from that specific credit card you used on this website and deactivate it!

Hotel could not find my booking done in advance and I lost the money. Impossible to contact the company. Do not use this site.

Vergognoso, abbiamo prenotato, arrivati in struttura , ci dicono che non lavorano con ebooking.com. e che loro non hanno ricevuto nessuna nostra prenotazione, noi avevamo pure pagato, e nulla abbiamo, dovuto andare via . E dovuto fare reclamo per i soldi pagati con la carta di credito.

Don’t , I repeat don’t book any hotels via ebooking.com ,booked 2 night stay at hotel in Great Yarmouth, turn up to a boarded up hotel been closed down for months , took payment the day before , spend hours on phone , only to be told they can’t refund me ,as they can’t connect hotel , it’s a total Micky mouse company

Booking seems to work OK by there is no way to amend a booking - even the property owner cant amend a booking - blamed on 'technical error' and they cant tell you how long after you cancel the dates will become free so even cancel and rebook is fraught
