Cold calling and saying I won a prize . Had all my details including my bank details , never heard of the company and never want to again

They sell your details to other company’s and the harassment continues

Cold caller: I didnt recognise number so I didnt answer it. I don't know where they've got my mobile number from!

It’s Scary as they have your details. Someone is selling them our data and it’s a clear breach of data privacy. I got called and persisted in telling you have won a competition from Primark and to get a will. When asked is it mandatory the person named “Richard Johnson” said yes. It was very disturbing as I don’t know from where they got our number also even after saying no multiple times he continued to pursue.

An agent from Eazy Life Legal called me 2 weeks ago and promised not to deduct any money from my account. She took the name of my bank and the sort code but didn't take my account number. She assured me that no money would leave my account and took the details just mentioned. To my horror 12.90 Pounds was withdrawn from my account today=Monday, July 20, 2026 and made payable to Eazy Life Legal. This constitutes fraud. I'm a pensioner a monthly pension that goes towards bills including high energy bills and food.This is not right and I will take legal action to get my money back! This is a guarantee!

He said his name was Sam from Eazylife Legal with this number +441137340847. He cold called me and said I won some money. He tried to get my bank details but i refused

My personal experience. Eazylife Legal should not be an operating company in the UK. They used aggressive cold call tactics to gather personal information from unsuspecting customers and trick them into a subscription they are not aware of. I later got an email about signing up for something I know nothing about. I called Sam back and asked him to delete my personal data and never call me again. I ALSO responded to the email requesting deletion of my data and re-affirming I did not subscribe to any service of their and I will report them to the police if they use my data for any thing.

Lying misleading shithole company with a crook strategy. They should not exist in an ideal world.

I am being Cold Called from a telephone number displayed as 01137340086. These numerous calls are considered Unsolicited and harrassment. My telephone confirms the number as a potential spam call so I do not answer. When I return the telephone call a voice animation confirms it is Easy Life Legal but always goes through to an answer service.

These are now becoming somewhat of a nuisance. I have blocked the telephone number. There have been a total of eight calls representing variously different times of the morning and afternoon over the previous week.

Amy firm of Solicitors worthy to be called professional does not need to make unsolicited telephone calls to drum up business or new clients.

Fortunately. I have not picked up or have I provided any personal information, or been subject to any Fraud or Deception, but I do advise all persons with any vulnerability to take my lead, example and advice and prevent yourselves being scammed, or sold any service you do not need through this less than reputable Company.

Follow my lead and report this Company to Report Fraud (AKA Action Fraud,) and your local Police especially 8f this Company continue to Cold Call you out of the blue, or indeed Scam you out of your Ginancial Income or Savings...

That would be the SMART thing to do to help yourselves and prevent others from being VIctimized and Harrassed through Easy Life's Legal spurious and Nefarious acts taking for granted Our Consumer Rights for selfish greed.

One may also add personal details and telephone numbers to The Telephone Preference Service. Once this has even done any Company, Business or Self-Employed Person can be held accountable fir their actions if they or their Agents telephones you with the objective to sell or increase Services through Unsolicited contact....

It is a shame we cannot confirm a zero rating or I would have done. Companies like this we all need to be aware of and given a wide birth...

Even 1 is too high, cold calling out the blue, blocked one number they call on another number always after 5. Very rude callers, don't touch

Call out of the blue . Stating I had won a prize . Then saying this was an extra benefit will writing and power of attorney . Strange I thought . Then proceeded to confirm my phone email and address . All fine I thought until wanting a bank account details . Alarms bells as loud as the chimes of big Ben . Told them I don't need a will or power of attorney . Tried to find out the last time I up dated this . Sent me an email . More alarm bells . All they were interested in was getting bank details. Avoid like the plague . Not the first time someone using similar methods to try and scam me . Did some online checks all point to major scam .

They are despicable. They called saying I have entered the possibility to win an iPhone 17, asked for sort code and account number which I thought was just to verify. Then you send myself an email about setting up a direct debit to EAZLIF-MTANB41DR! What are earth are they referring to, never said this on the call. Calling the bank ASAP tomorrow to not allow any payments being made to them. Barely anyone on their Facebook, not a credible business at all

They called me on a number that couldn't be recognised on the internet. Saying I had won a competition. Then they told me all my details, where i lived, name and birthday. (I couldn't remember entering a competition). Then asking me about giving my bank details. I had a second guess and asked if they could send me a email in confirmation etc. I looked and the site: eazylifelegal seems to be well planned but odd things like number is a picture not text. (companies would normally make them text because ease of customer use). It is very fishy. Anyway I said can you call me back in 30min, so I've blocked the number and writing this review. Be careful.

SCAM. They already have lot of your details to seem legit and say you've won £500 pounds via a competition. AVOID!

Scammers!!! They lie to you using names of grocery stores. Shameless people and then set up direct debits to take money

I received a T/C from this company 3 days ago. They claimed I won £750 from a competition I played from paypal. I play a lot of online games and also enter competitions, so I thought this was real. They then asked for bank details, and I provided my Revolut account instead of a national bank. I had a feeling these people were scammers, and luckily, at the moment I have emptied my Revolut account to zero; restrictions have been activated too, so no funds will even leave my account. Please stay away from these people. They are scammers, as the email I received was for life insurance and a will. Its terrible

As soon as denied giving bank details, conversation ended within seconds.

ringing every day its Richard or Daphne or any name with a accent and saying i entered a online comp for monster energy drink i let him go on on on and when i asked what was the comp to which he totally ignored me and said i won £500 yeah ok nice try

Jamie rang me today stated I had won a competition via Tesco? pretended I remembered and let her go on and on asked me if I wanted to hear what info they had for me so I said yes then proceeded to do a high pitched scream down the phone until the call was ended.
