I've been a huge fan of LoveRaw over the last year or so, even converting friends and my partner into fans too - but this latest experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered a few things for Christmas presents and myself, during the last week of November, and it took a bit longer to arrive but I figured it's a busy time so it's to be expected. But when it did arrive I was missing a whole blooming box - I emailed support@ and it's been well four days and I've had no response. None. Not even an acknowledgement to say "we're busy and we'll be in touch soon", just nothing. I even reached out on social media and again nothing, but yet they can send marketing emails to me?
Oh and my partner also made a Christmas order, and told me he was also missing items, but they refunded him - so where is the consistency in service?
I understand growing businesses have issues, especially during peak seasons, but there's no excuse for ignoring customers. Having been a huge advocate for the brand, I can safely say this experience has changed it, and I'm out of pocket, but judging by these reviews I'm not alone.
Update - still yet to hear from them!
Ordered 2 mixed boxes for Christmas gifts- only 1 box turned up with just a random selection thrown in and not at all what is listed on the website. 3 attempts to contact them and days later only received an email with a refund for one box and no other info. or apology! I thought I was supporting a small business and would have had better customer service but sadly not- won't be buying from them again.
***Yesterday (8th Feb) I received a box from eatloveraw.com containing some of the items from the initial order. Although this does not make up for the issues below I have changed my rating from one star to two stars***
Placed an order on the 17th of December (within their holiday shipping window) for an xmas gift which never arrived.
4th Jan, I emailed them to find out and they said it must have gone missing in the post (yet couldn't provide any tracking details although their website states they use DPD). They agreed to resend the parcel out.
Still nothing arrived, emailed again on the 17th of Jan to which they stated it has been shipped and would arrive in a couple of days.
24th Jan, still nothing from them. Emailed once more and they have now refunded me my original payment and have stated they would send another order out free of charge.
28th Jan, refund is now back in my bank but free of charge order has not arrived and I have had no shipping / confirmation details.
I can understand that given all of the covid / brexit stuff going on and it being xmas and then veganuary that this could all impact a business selling vegan products but still an order that was placed 40 days ago has still not arrived despite them sending out the shipment 3 times!
Generally poor service despite all of the 'glowing reviews' they have on Facebook. I'd avoid them and buy their products from a local store instead.
Very bad communication. I have ordered some goods on the 1st and I am still waiting on an order update, only received a confirmation of them receiving the order, no tracking no update, nothing.
I have contacted the generic "info.eatloveraw.com" just to receive an automated response that Hannah is out of office until the 4th. It is the 4th Hannah, where is my order? I really hope this is not a scam.
Really lovely vegan chocolate. The only downsize is a long delivery, takes over a week to two weeks to get your order. Hope this will improve after the pandemic.
