I have to say that I'm not tech savvy…
I have to say that I'm not tech savvy and I was very frustrated with the process and the lack of a representative that I can verbally speak with. The very last live chat SERHII K. was very help and patience with me! We were able to get things squared away.

Awful
Awful, my email still doesn't work, no one at your company will help me, they just send me links to instruction pages as if I'm some kind of tech wiz who can understand that language. I haven't been able to email any clients for ten days now. Your staff just seem to fob me of as if I don't matter. This has all been frustrating and disappointing and I am only a new customer. I don't know how to do tech, just like you don't know how to do my job. Please fix the problem or I will have no choice but to migrate.

I like EasyWP in general
I like EasyWP in general. They do have support 24/7. But each time I seek support, my issue is not within their criteria. I am brand new to this. So being told I can't be helped is frustrating.
