A few weeks in and already a noticeable difference. Setup was fast, the interface is clean, and I was up and running the same day. The automated reminders alone have cut my no-shows significantly — clients confirm, reschedule in advance, and I stop thinking about it. EasyWeek does what it promises, without getting in the way.

Excellent solution, fast and convenient. The employees liked the interface and the features, the analytics help with any calculations, and the support team responds instantly. Highly recommend!

I've used the system for my Beauty saloon. We do hair, nails, brows etc. basically everything. One of the best cheapest platform. I've tried fresa and baksy, you have to pay for the leads.
You are also getting a website.

Bin wirklich enttäuscht

Die Webseite sah super aus, genau mit den funktionen die ich gesucht habe... alles testen kostenlos? Perfekt dachte ich nun alles testen kannst du nicht dafür musst du bezahlen, was ich dann auch getan habe. Nach 30 min habe ich festgestellt, nein das ist es nicht... habe aus kulanz gefragt ob ich das Geld zurück bekomme, da ich ja nur 30min auf der Plattform verbracht habe... Support schreib nein ist nicht möglich... Könnte kolzen.

Hab denen einfach Geld geschenkt einfach frech!!!!

Ich hatte technische -rückfragen zur Einrichtung und wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten freundlich unterstützt. Klare Antworten, keine Floskeln - so muss das sein.

Ich wollte easyweek ausprobieren, bin aber sehr enttäuscht von dem Anbieter. Man zahlt schon extra die Professional Version und muss trotzdem JEDE Funktion noch einmal zusätzlich extra bezahlen. Für Zahlungen gibt es nur Stripes als Anbieter (was ich persönlich furchtbar finde). Für WhatsApp Benachrichtigungen an seine Kunden muss man nochmal extra Guthaben aufladen. Ingesamt macht das Konzept keinen Sinn. Gute Plattform, aber eher eine Abzocke. Habe direkt wieder gekündigt.

so far easyweek has been great! I'm starting a new business and already have a website, booking link, terms & conditions, and all notifications setup under 24 hours. pretty cool! there are some little tech quirks but overall the integrations are amazing and a solid experience!

EasyWeek Service. Freche Mitarbeiter die überhaupt nicht helfen können. Sie ignorieren Fragen, ändern die Bedingungen einfach so ohne Vorwarnung und kommen nicht den Kunden entgegen. Außerdem schlechte Funktionalität , für die sie ziemlich hohe Preise verlangen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und suche einen anderen besseren Service.

Все супер. Бесит только долгая загрузка приложения.
Еще нужна интеграция с ватсап и телеграм, чтобы при бронировании клиенту высылался текст с правилами посещения, информацией об оплате и суммой предоплаты, ссылкой на редактирование и отмену записи.

It's handy software that helped me to connect online appointments pretty fast. The program is easy to use and there are a lot of useful for my beauty business features.

I use online appointments from EasyWeek, got a website from them and connected a widget. For now, it all works just fine. No complains

Be careful, I pay 35$ per 3 month to test the service. I did not use the service for a number of reasons. But they keep withdrawing money

Also can’t delete payment details, only delete account.

We tried a subscription for 3 months and for a number of reasons did not use the service. I was not ready for repeated subscription charges, but the money has been withdrawn and the support does not come to the meeting

I've been using this service for customer appointments for about half of year and I'm happy with everything - price, functionality and ease of use. It has booking widget, good customer management feature and everything you need to manage your service business.
