15% Promised Discount Missing
When arriving on your website to order a custom temporary tattoo, I was pleased to see a window that offered me 15% off my order...which I accepted. I was offered 20% if I left my email address and something else (I can't remember) so I declined. Then I put in my custom order, but was charged the full amount... no 15% discount. I went ahead at that point, but I'm wary about any further involvement with your company... I only hope my order arrives.

Hi Valerie
I am so sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your order. I believe our Operations Manager has been in touch with you regarding your order.
We faced some dispatch delays due to a high volume of orders along with unexpected staff shortage. We communicated to our customers as soon as we faced the issue. Our team has been working extremely hard to cover the gap.
We are finally caught up and we are so so sorry that your order was part of this dispatch delay. We completely understand your frustration and would love the opportunity to make this right! We'll stay in touch via email as we have been to discuss a resolution for you🙏
Kind Regards

I loved the selection - not enough primers
I loved the selection. I got so many cool tats.
BUT I only got one primer. Applying. When I apply the others with this or that, they only work okay. I wish they would have included more primers. :(

Hi Charlie
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to know you loved the selection of our tattoos and sorry to know about the fewer than expected primer wipes. Our primer wipes are great convenience to clean the skin for application but the tattoos are perfectly fine applied without them. Could you please send us an email with photos (if you have any) of any you applied without and worked only okay? We are here to resolve the matter for you asap!

Delivery is a joke
I’ve placed my order 29/07 and I’m still waiting on 10th august for a delivery update! This is longer than I should have waited. I needed these to cover a scar from major surgery whilst abroad and now it looks like I won’t have it in time. Won’t be ordering again

Hi Laura
We are so sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. We understand that you needed these for a trip to cover your scar from a surgery and that is disappointing.
Your order was dispatched the next business day and the delivery estimate is 5-10 business days. We do appreciate that, regardless of the estimated timeframe, it is frustrating when you have a specific date you needed your order for. We'll investigate and to look into this for you and get the exact updates on the whereabouts of your order.
I will get in touch with you personally as I can get your contact through the order number provided here. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Rest assured, we are here to help and would really appreciate the opportunity to help resolve this for you🙏

Hi Amanda
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that one of the tattoos didn't last as long as expected. Longevity can vary due to placement, skin type and aftercare but we only want the best experience for our customers.
We really appreciate your feedback on Dino design to have a better bundle deal so you can try more before getting it permanently. Thats a great suggestion and we will take your feedback on board! Since you really love the design, if you would like some extra Dinos with your next order please contact me on management@easytatt.com and I will ensure we send some extras for you on us!
