great product, great service
Datoen for opplevelsen:
Product is a great quality and standard. Just noted that one of the side panels fell off the base. It appears these are only magnetised on. Concerned it may drop off and we won't notice it and then loose it.
Datoen for opplevelsen:
High quality print and the banner is also sturdy.
The feet on the luxury banners feel a little more sturdy than the standard/premium ones and they look better too. Slight draw-back that they aren't as compact when folded down, but the difference isn't huge there.
Excellent quality of materials and colours in the print
Great print but the Premium banner had no stabiliser feet for windy rooms or unsteady ground. It fell over several times...
Svar fra Easy Signs
Hi Lawrence,
We are thrilled to hear that you were happy with the print quality! However, I am so sorry to hear that your banner was falling over and causing you frustration.
First, I wanted to help clarify the differences in our banner bases. Your order was for the Luxury Pull Up Banner, which is designed with a sleek, heavier base that does not feature stabiliser feet. Our Premium Pull Up Banner is a lighter and thinner model that does include swing-out feet to aid with stability.
Please note, however, that all of our Pull Up Banners are specifically designed for indoor use. As the large banner surface can catch the wind like a sail, we do not recommend using them outside, especially in windy conditions or on unsteady ground, as they can easily blow over - even if they have stabilising feet.
We want to make sure you have the right signage for your specific environment, and we value your feedback. I would love to give you a quick call to discuss what happened, perhaps suggest other products that might be more suitable and see if you had any further feedback on this product that we could pass along to our Innovation Team.
Please feel free to reach out if you have a moment!
