Dangerous Place to Trust: Do NOT choose Easy My Storage
Extremely disappointing experience with EasyMy Storage. The company takes 100% payment in advance, including the return delivery freight, which already puts the customer in a vulnerable position.
When my goods were finally delivered, several items were damaged and some were missing. I immediately reported the damage within an hour of delivery and shared photos while the unloading was still happening. At that time, their own staff told me to take time to open all boxes and report any additional damages or missing items later.
However, when I followed up, the company suddenly rejected the claim citing clauses in their agreement. This felt extremely misleading because their team never insisted on declaring the value of goods during pickup, yet later used that as a reason to deny responsibility.
The most disturbing moment was when I reported missing items and their team started showing me goods that clearly appeared to belong to other customers, asking if they were mine. This raises serious concerns about how safely they handle and track customers’ belongings.
Adding to the stress was the rude and dismissive behaviour of their call support, who showed little concern for the damage and inconvenience caused. Overall, the entire experience felt misguided from the beginning and extremely stressful. I would strongly advise people to be very cautious before trusting them with their belongings.
