Found taps and ordered. Delivery within a few days. Good service.

Lovely staff & good products. Everything went smoothly & our shower boards arrived well packed & on the day expected.

Do not trust the company. They deliberately mis-sell and mislead customers then refuse to take any ownership of their errors.
Showroom did not add the correct items to the order then refused to accept ownership meaning customer had to pay extra for them to order the right ones.
Items on website and information from sales team inaccurate and misleading. Website confirmed shower remote was fully wireless but on arrival is not meaning fitter has to remove tiles and retile, company that make item confirmed their website is incorrect and misleading.
Huntingdon branch made the errors but unwilling to support and pushed to central customer service who just respond with a "its not our fault" comment

Designer really approachable, flexible with the changes I requested and everything was ordered and delivered on time.

The sales people were extremely friendly and helpful in assisting us to put together our ideas for our new shower room.
The delivery team were very understanding about our lack of storage space and arranged delivery on the day that the installation team arrived.
The installation team were brilliant.
The reason I give them four stars is that the toilet flushing system did not work and had to be "adapted" by the addition of Rawl plugs and the glass shower leaked through it's seals .
These two issues are now resolved. The shower leaking was a manufacturing fault which could not have been foreseen but to supply a basic toilet with incorrect fittings is not good.

Beautiful ranges to choose from, to any taste.
Charlotte has been so helpful and friendly, nothing seemed like too much trouble for her. I have been offered a great 3D design which definitely helps with decisions. Great quality as well, would highly recommended!

Very helpful staff from start to finish. No pressure sales staff, plenty of time to browse and refine our choices as we went along. Nothing was too much trouble. Nicola went above and beyond to fulfil our design brief.

Avoid like the plague. Use their local showroom to plan your project, because they are excellent. Then buy elsewhere. Once they have your money they lose interest. Any complaints are referred to customer service at their HQ and they are utterly useless and will not refund, exchange or cover cost, no matter the reason or responsibility. I base this on several issues including incorrect delivery of items, delivered goods packed upside down despite clear "this way up" arrows, incorrectly supplied items that do not fit yet they haven't an alternative. In this latter case i was told to modify the item, despite that being cosmetically awful, but then they said they won't refund as I'd modified it. Yes, really.
Finally a tap has only lasted a month in service and leaks. They refuse to cover cost to rectify.
Seriously, use at your peril.

Following this review Easy Bathrooms have responded well, replaced the faulty tap, and offered compensation for the difficulties encountered. The response following that was excellent.

Firstly let me say Lee in the showroom was superb. Couldn't have asked for more.
The main issue i had was with the customer service people when an issue arrived. One of the cabinets was damaged on the underside where it was screwed together. This was not a defect that happened in transit it was an obvious error that had happened during its construction was plainly obvious and should have been discarded. I supplied photos but had little choice but to have it fitted to prevent paying the installer to stop work and wait for a replacement. I thought at the time I was saving both you and me money by not holding up the installation. I asked for a small in store voucher as compensation but was denied. On completion of our bathroom I returned a few items not required and was promised a refund as it was within 30 days. Not only did i get charged a £30 return fee ( would have thought this could have been negated as a good will gesture) i have still not received any money back 6 days later.

So today 16th June after speaking with customer services the issues that I had have been resolved. Big shout out to Dawn and Hannah for your swift actions to restore my faith in Easy bathrooms.
The only issue I had was it took a negative review to prompt such actions however I am truly grateful for the outcome.

Great range of tiles as that was what I was buying. Service was spot on. Saw exactly what I wanted. Ordered on the Friday, delivered to the store Tuesday morning after BH Monday. Notified immediately for me to collect. Seamless.

we came in and were dealt with by Martin. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Listened to exactly what we wanted.We weren’t quite ready to have the bathroom fitted so he promised to hold it for us.Delivery was exactly when we wanted

Excellent service, products and value for money

Easy bathrooms have always been fab, staff are friendly and polite and nothings ever too much for them. Any queries and I know I can call them and get an answer. I would recommend to anyone both in the trade or retail customers!
