I really can’t thank Matt and Oscar enough for their help at Easy Bathrooms. They were incredibly willing to assist and provided me with exactly the information I needed. Five Days Without a Toilet Due to Easy Bathrooms Mistakes

Dear Mr Waddington,

I am writing to formally escalate an urgent complaint regarding my Easy Bathrooms order placed at your Staples Corner showroom. This situation now requires immediate director-level intervention, as we have been left without a functioning toilet or bathroom due entirely to errors within your supply and fulfilment process.

My order included a toilet, tower unit, vanity sink, shower, and associated fittings. Since delivery, every key item has been either faulty, incorrect, or damaged.

Most critically, the toilet supplied appears to have a manufacturing defect and cannot be installed safely. As a result, our existing bathroom had to be removed, leaving us without any usable toilet.

We have now been without a toilet for five days. We have a small child in the home and have been forced to rely on buckets, neighbours’ facilities, and family homes simply to manage basic hygiene. Your representative has visited the property and seen this situation firsthand, yet the matter is still not being treated with the urgency it clearly requires.

I have now also been informed that replacement parts previously promised have not even been ordered. This suggests the issue could continue into next week or beyond, which is simply not acceptable given the circumstances.

I therefore require immediate action from Easy Bathrooms to:

• Arrange an emergency replacement toilet delivered without delay
• Confirm today what steps are being taken to restore basic sanitation to our home
• Provide a named contact responsible for resolving this issue urgently
• Confirm what compensation will be provided for the disruption, distress, and wasted installation costs incurred

Please treat this as a formal notice that we cannot remain in this situation any longer. If this cannot be resolved immediately, I will be escalating the matter through Trading Standards and seeking recovery of associated costs.

I would appreciate urgent acknowledgement of this email and confirmation of the actions being taken today.

Great place to shop for Bathrooms

My wife and I visited Easy Bathrooms at staples Corner on the recommendation of my brother. The range they had on display was impressive. Their staff were very helpful and gave us numerous options. We were refurbishing a very small downstairs shower room, and in the end visited the shop three times before we settled on what we liked and what would fit.
The delivery was arranged when we made our order, and that came on the day when expected.
Very happy with the products we bough and the service we received - we will be returning to Easy bathrooms.

Shocking Customer Services

I visited the showroom at Staples Corner and booked an appointment for the following week. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that it had not been booked at all. This was a complete waste of my time. What was even more disappointing was that the staff member who originally booked the appointment did not offer any apology.

I am very surprised that customers are treated this way. Based on my experience, I would not recommend visiting this showroom.

Excellent service and quality products and furniture

I went to a couple of different Bathroom suppliers and got quotes as initially I was feeling the pressure of the rise in costs for good quality bathrooms and tiles v my particular budget and I was looking to purchase an entire new bathroom. But Easy Bathrooms stood out as superior in firstly the patience of the manager Oscar and his staff from the many times I kept visiting and asking endless questions to the quality of the products and tiles to the support from customer services when for example a tile was delivered that had a small crack in it.
Finally they gave me a very competitive price.
Also when you phone Customer services you get super fast solutions and results to any issues via phone and email. There is no waiting in queues for 45 mins or people taking days to deal with an enquiry. This is fundamental for me in always choosing a company than operates like this. I would highly recommend this company and branch in Staples Corner for anything to do with bathrooms on any scale.

Bought a new vanity unit which was…

Bought a new vanity unit which was quite expensive. When taken out the box both corners were damaged quite badly. Plumber was unable to instal. An exchange was given but I had to drop it off and collect a new one. Store refused to provide a home collect and delivery service.

We are sorry to read that you had received a damaged product upon delivery, we can only assume this occurred during handling and transit of the product.
We do recommend that a full inspection is carried out prior to the installer's arrival to ensure that this can be rectified and replaced to prevent any extra costs been incurred.
With regards to the exchange, we will feed this back to the internal teams as we can do exchange at the home address if this was more convenient unless it was not specified at the time of request.

Poor customer service

We went to Easy Bathrooms because they have such a big range and the showroom is really good. However we have had quite a few problems, currently unresolved. First, we booked an appointment but when we got there the salesman said it wasn’t in his diary. I showed him the confirmation email and he realised he has forgotten to put it in his calendar and double booked himself. He couldn’t help us as had already started with the other customer. So that was a wasted journey.

But the main complaint is that the the salesman then ordered the wrong product for us and Easy Bathrooms will not less us return it because the box is open. He ordered an electric towel rail when we needed a radiator one, and it was the wrong size. Our plumber opened the box and realized the mistake. We’ve now had three weeks of back and forth with the sales team and so far they are refusing to refund or swap the product, which was nearly £300 - all because the box is a bit ripped.

It’s a shame, we like the rest of the products we’ve bought but this poor customer service has left a bitter taste. Wouldn’t go there again.

I have been contacted again and EB has made good efforts to appreciate the situation. My experience and dealings with EB have been resolved amicably.

Update 09/02/26
I was called by a EB rep on the 30/01/26 - I think the rep has seen my google review. They explained they would look into the issues of my order and get back to be with a possible partial refund. Not heard anything back.
Separately I have been emailing head office re refund of my delivery fee - this was finally been paid back (circa 3 months).

Update 09/01/26 - No one has yet contacted me, has sent more images and again followed up on the refund of delivery, which they said they would do!

Update 11/12/2025 - No one has yet contacted me.

See their comment then read my report, you will see how poorly they listen and respond.
I used chipped tiles on my walls, in good faith and sent images to show I had used every effort to use tiles. I sent images of the broken tiles in bags, images of the broken pallet and broken tiles on the pallet as it was delivered - these images were to articulate the need for additional replacement tiles. The sheer lack of responsibility or accountability that has followed is truly sad.

Original (11/2025):
Avoid!! They will not inform you of delays. They will not genuinely replace items that are clearly broken.

Ordered tiles and wanted 4 days after the delivery slot for tiles to actually arrive. I had to call them on delivery day, they were totally unaware as they outsource deliver and obviously don't keep any track. I had to beg for the delivery to be expedited or it would have been more than 4 days.
When tiles did arrive the pallet was visibility damaged (wood) so I unwrapped the pallet where I found additional damage, chipped and damaged tiles in boxes. I took photos of all the damage at the time and emailed. No response back. I then called to explain the situation and that additional tiles had been found to be broken and was told to email in. I then got my tiler to get on with the job due to urgency and asked that they keep an account of any further damage tiles. I sent pictures of further damaged tiles (tiles were placed in bags as it's too difficult to lay them all out) to easy bathrooms and have now been told that there's a policy that, doesn't appear on their website, that states that every single broken tile needs to be photographed. This is quite hard for a tiler to do when they're trying to get on with a job. It's also a bit onerous when they've seen pictures of the broken pallet pictures of the bulk of broken tiles in bags and can clearly see that the order was damaged on arrival. Very sad dealing with these people who will never call you back and won't operate like a professional outfit.
