The staff at Easy Bathrooms have been extremely helpful throughout our process of buying a new bathroom. We made a few visits before deciding what we wanted- they were helpful without being pushy.
Following our order, the communication with us was excellent.
There was also an amazing choice - something for everyone.

I submitted a five star review on 30th January based on my visit to Romford showroom & promised to send another review when my order was delivered and installed.
The installation was completed 25th February & I am so pleased. The material was delivered, as promised, on 17th February. It was all well packed & exactly as ordered, no damage & nothing missing or wrong.
My fitters, Ian & Brian did an excellent job & the quality of the material is obvious
My thanks again to Colin & staff at Romford. I know you are having a rough time due to ongoing roadworks at Gallows corner, but chin up,
they will be finished one day

Excellent service

Dreadful took 3 deliveries to get a shower screen that wasn’t broken, the shower tray discoloured & we were told this was not a manufacturing fault but bizarrely a repair kit was available? The thermostatic valve broke & the sink cabinets cracked again not a manufacturing fault but because of water, last thing you expect in a bathroom, the shower tray repair kits are useless and we are now going to have to get a new shower tray fitted along with removing and replacing tiles and also the cabinet, which will cost a fortune on top of the additional £500 I paid our plumber to remove the screen, mastic and sandy tray and paint with the said repair kit which has cracked and looks awful

We needed to order a few tiles from a batch we ordered a few years ago. The team, in particular Jack, was very friendly and helpful in helping us get the same tile again. We were able to collect from store for free. Happy with the product, would order again.

And remember Romford branch on A127 is open for business, you just need to get to them through back side, near Tesco's

Huge collection of bathroom tiles and fittings. Ordered all tiles from here. It's a shame that they don't take back any unused tiles, so you've to be really accurate in your measurements. I was lucky with my measurements, but it's nearly impossible to be accurate with tiles estimate and they aren't cheap. Not convinced with the reason given (fast going item), as you'll return unused tiles as soon as your project is finished - max 2-4 weeks. Hope Easy Bathrooms will follow others in this aspect.

Staff in store friendly, informed and helpful. Only problem was delay in delivery.

I cannot thank Easy Bathrooms at Gallows Corner enough for all of their help. They were informative, friendly, patient and went the extra mile to help me choose my new bathroom.

In particular, I would like to thank Jack who helped me in my hour of need when my plumbers pulled out and I needed to find somebody new to start the work who would be professional and I could trust. A massive Thank You for your recommendation and your follow up calls to see how I things were progressing.

I got a great discount on my bathroom goods, the showroom was packed full of excellent displays and the advice and guidance provided by all staff, in addition to the gentleman who secured the sale, was very polite, friendly and helpful. Delivery was quick and within the timeframe stipulated. My husband and I were extremely trying at times as we had to adjust our quotes many times due to our bathroom being too small to accommodate the items i had wished for. This said the salesman showed patience but on occasion become confused which was hardly surprising and our fault totally. The only things that I could recommend that our salesman could improve upon would be that during a certain visit, we had a fixed appointment time but on arriving the salesman already had other people at the desk so we had to wait for over 45 mins. In addition when a new customer walked in the door, he would stop dealing with us, greet the new customer and ask if he could help which then lead to 5 mins of us sitting around while they entered into a discussion. Personally I think this is a corporate issue and that the sales team are told to do this, but if not I think it should be addressed and perhaps a quick ‘hello, feel free to browse until a sales operative become free to assist you’ would have sufficed. Other than this we were happy with our bathroom and the service.

The staff at the showroom at Romford were very supportive with all our concerns.
The purchases were smooth and the deliveries were on time for our needs.

Jack at the Romford branch was very helpful, all the items were explained and the queries I had were sorted out, great employee
