Staff at Erdington were very professional. The items came on time with excellent quality.

I placed a significant order in November at the Kingsbury Road, Erdington branch for delivery to London, as we were relocating from Birmingham. This order was for three bathrooms.

Now, at the end of March, four months later, I am still waiting for the order to be completed, as parts of it have not been delivered. Twice, the bathroom panel arrived bent/bowed. Nouman Khan, the shop manager at the time of the order, failed to inform me that some items were out of stock. He mistakenly ordered a white vanity unit and an oak tall storage unit when both were supposed to be white.

In the midst of ongoing communication struggles with him and customer service regarding the return of these incorrect items, he was fired, and a different manager, Sohaib Khan, took over. It’s important to note that four months have passed, and the order cost us over £13,000. Our project manager, who is overseeing our house renovation, has been sending emails back and forth, yet no one is taking accountability for this situation.

He even called the manager of the Erdington shop, who accused him of not paying for some items but could not provide proof that any items were unpaid. The conversation escalated, and the manager declared that the shop would no longer deal with us, referring the case back to the original manager—who had been fired, for the record.

We eventually visited the shop ourselves, and a helpful employee explained that there is a possibility for a manager to request that the panels be checked, signed off, and double-packed in the warehouse before being sent out.
He confirmed that the items we were waiting for were indeed in stock. We asked him to be assigned to our case and to continue communication with us, which he initially agreed to. However, a few days later, he called back to say he was not permitted to do so, stating that if he continued to communicate with us, manager Sohaib Khan would escalate the matter. It appeared that this employee was being bullied by the larger Asian community in the shop.

He informed us that Mr. Khan and the Erdington branch would no longer engage with us and that all queries were to go through customer service, which is nearly impossible to reach. No one is taking accountability for our order, communication is severely lacking, and there is no clear documentation showing that we have only partially paid when we have actually settled the entire invoice.

We have no choice but to escalate this matter to the ombudsman services

Last Saturday I Saw kash and his manager at the Birmingham branch and was given advice and much needed help into picking my bathroom. Amazing guys.

Jason was a great guy to deal with. Friendly happy and professional . Helped us with our purchase. Helped us choose the perfect products at a great price for our bathroom. Very patient. True gentleman. Total star. Thanks again Jason for all your help kind regards Dennis

I had a fantastic experience with this bathroom supplier. The team were incredibly helpful from the start — they produced a great design that made the most of the space, and their after-sales service has been just as impressive. All the products were delivered in excellent condition, and the quality is superb.

Special thanks to Nouman, who created a brilliant design, and Raheesha, who was very friendly, and always willing to help. The whole experience has been smooth, professional, and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to friends and family!

New shower room looks grand!

Had an old shower over bath suite around 20 years ago, very tired looking. It was a small bathroom as is and we wanted something completely different, turned into a shower room instead. Had a look around the Erdington show room, and online too. Plenty of choice and a fair few designs on show. We liked one set up they had exactly, wall and floor tiles, sink and vanity unit. Matched a whole shower room around this, very handy to see it all on show, made the choice much easier. Few things we had to change due to stock issues but the team were very helpful. They brought our ideas and vision to life, using measurements and realistic drawings.

Cannot recommend them enough, everything went smoothly, well communicated and delivery of all goods was perfect. Few minor issues with some items on delivery, but quickly resolved so no issue. We had our own fitter, but I am aware they can sort this for you too

We mainly liaised with Raheesha, fantastic at her job and helped us so much. So a special thank you to her!

Shame I can’t upload photos to this review to show off our new shower room, everyone’s been complimenting how great it looks. Definitely go to Easy bathrooms, you can get everything you need here and they can assist you with it all.

Staff were very helpful, allowing customers to browse unhindered and Sohaib went above and beyond when I experienced difficulty over my choice of tiles - beautiful wall tiles I had never seen before. Bathroom furniture was out of the ordinary, very contemporary and attractive. And prices were very competitive! Highly recommend.
