Received my first order today and an item was broken. I was so disappointed, as the packaging and the items are beautiful. I contacted Olivia in customer service and within minutes, a replacement had was shipped. I've never received such amazing customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience with East Healing. Their acupuncture magnets are easy to use, comfortable to wear, and actually stay in place throughout the day. The quality is excellent, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into their products. Ordering online was simple and delivery was quick. I appreciate having a non-invasive option that fits easily into my daily routine. I’d definitely recommend East Healing to anyone interested in alternative or holistic wellness tools.

Absolutely waste of money, provide very good packaging for these small tiny dots, they dont provide the tweezers, you have to buy them....for what I spent on this load of rubbish I expected more. Very fiddly due to size, instruction, well you need a second person to put these on, because of how small they are...they didnt work for me or my friend...waste of money.

Treated myself to acupuncture mat, pillow and ear seeds. Love the mat and pillow. Yet to use the seeds.

Returned two packs as the first pack I had the stickers just turned to goo after a day. Followed all the application guidance. Sent the two packs for return and east healing received these 21/01. Zero correspondence since then, no refund and my emails have been ignored. Won’t be using them again, terrible customer service.

I was really looking forward to trying them but unfortunately they just didn't stick.

It works for me. I notice the difference within first 2 weeks

I suffer with stress and anxiety due to perimenopause and using the ear seeds has an almost instant calming effect. I’ve made multiple purchases and will definitely be buying again. Very happy.

I have purchased the magnetic patches for pain relief and believe they are working and lessening the pain following a serious operation. When I rested for 24 hours, I could definatley feel the difference. I have also purchased the seeds to compliment them, but these are yet to arrive. Customer Service is slower than normal, due to just how popular this new company is, but they listen and respond very well and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought these based on the Dragons Den video and reading a few reviews attached to that, on Facebook. Despite following the instructions and the ear seeds sticking to my ear fine, I have had no benefit whatsoever. Save your money.

When I saw the advert I then investigated and the starter pack was ordered
All I got was a big box with a tiny sleeve of seeds and nothing else no tweezers to fut them , so I queried.
The first email reply was pleasant
The second one dismissive
The third one - blamed me for ordering the wrong thing and said read the return policy
So I have spent £30 in good faith of trying a product and it was a starter pack that would get me going but I'm disappointed and dot think the customer service is good
But every day twice a day I'm asked to provide a review so here we are a review that is honest and demonstrates my disappointment.

I'm a real believer in accupressure, but I find the guides really wooly about where to place the seeds. I ended up online searching more details. Its also surprisingly difficult to do this yourself.
Having seen Dragons Den I am aware of the profit margin on these and it would appear to be going on packaging and adverts.
Not really impressed. Save your money and just use finger pressure to have the same result.

Items took about three weeks to arrive but it was fine by me. As for the effectiveness of the bids it is early days. I have suffered from insomnia for many years but I can say that I found that I am getting better quality of sleep though still only getting very little sleep overall.
Waiting for more positive results in the near future.
I’d give it a few more weeks.
Bids were easy to apply and do not just come off easily which I am happy with, lovely presentation box with guide.

I recently 6 weeks ago became a widow totally unexpectedly and my anxiety levels were through the roof....from the first day of using the ear seeds the calmness has been unbelievable....im very emotional and heart broken but the seeds have been such a help with the stress and anxiety giving me the ability to get through the day...cant thank you enough

Love the discrete look and the fact they look like extra piercing. I have been using them for 2 weeks and life has been centred and I have felt so grounded. My husband has also reported the same sense of calm

Delivery was very late.
This is my second order and went for gold instead of silver this time and a lot of them aren’t peeling correct and also not sticking well.
Very disappointed this time round as had recommended them to everyone from first order

This review might seem a bit over the top but these Acu Seeds have been life changing. I had a couple of days without them on and noticed a massive difference in my stress levels. I suffer with many chronic pain issues, including fibromyalgia and endometriosis.

I will be purchasing again
