As a mum with busy, stressful days, I’m always looking for little things that can help me stay calm and grounded… and I’ve been loving East Healing ear seeds lately. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but they’ve honestly made such a difference with my anxiety. I feel a lot calmer, less overwhelmed, and better able to handle the chaos of everyday life, and they look super cute. Also helped our 12 year who has started secondary school and found it a bit overwhelming.
Definitely worth trying if you’re feeling a bit frazzled like me!

I had high hopes for these seeds as I would like to go down the holistic path with all future health problems unfortunately for me the seeds are so tiny and iv been using for near on 3 weeks and its still a struggle I think iv wasted more than iv used , did they help me I’d like to say that i believe they did but in all honesty no i dont think they have as i also bought the gold magnets as well so iv really chucked everything at this product i reached out to customer service who basically told me to give it time which i have and still no improvement and the price tag is not cheap would I repurchase no in all honesty but everyone body reacts differently so what works for one maybe not so for other

The ear seeds definately made me feel calmer. However, they are quite fiddley and i lost about 4 trying to remove them from the plastic.

I do think they have helped I love the mat and head band and I love the seeds too .

I lost my mum very suddenly 2 months ago, she was my best friend and everything to me, losing her triggered my anxiety to a level that I wasn’t able to control, I have 3 young children so I was searching for answers and looking for anything I could try to help, so I bought my first set of ear seeds and since using them it has calmed my anxiety immensely, it hasn’t gone completely but it’s now at a manageable level. I was offered meds by my dr but I really wasn’t sure whether to go along that route. Anyway thank you for helping me at my lowest point, the ear seeds are just amazing xx

The Ear Seeds are amazing - I am finally sleeping after months/years of not!

Very difficult to put in as the sticky circle sticks to the tweezers and won't come off.
Wasted 2 seeds to start with.
The when I got one in, felt no different and then went to take it out and the sticky tape came off but the seed had fallen into my ear. Having to visit doctor to see what I should do. Wouldn't recommend, I feel I wasted my money

These are well presented, I’ve used them on both ears and I can’t say I noticed any improvement in my anxiety I would not buy them again

Hard to apply and no effect

super quick and easy to purchase and arrive in lovely box and tweezers. Instructions were easy to understand and with help from a friend applied with ease and i honestly feel in such a better place so long may it continue

The seeds have made no difference at all to my headaches.

I had a reaction to these and emailed to ask advice for further use etc and never got a response back- very disappointed.

It’s still early days, and I’ve only done one cycle with the seeds, so can’t quite give it 5 stars yet! However, my experience has been positive so far. I felt calmer during the first round, and more relaxed - I used the positioning for anxiety. I need to do a few more rounds to see if the placebo effect is at work, and whether timing played an issue, as I went away for a very enjoyable weekend whilst wearing them. So far though, I’m happy with my purchase and am feeling that they had an impact.

The ear seeds far too small, could not get them in my ear; lost 4 of them just trying, really wanted them to work as I absolutely believe in acupuncture, so disappointed

Unable to remember what I used East Healing for so cannot submit a true review.

Seeds arrived in beautiful packaging. Found it a bit fiddly placing some of the seeds. I bought these as I’m a worrier and over-thinker but I don’t think they made any noticeable difference. If there was an Olympic category for worrying then I’d win it! For example I was worried a seed might come unstuck and enter the ear canal! None did though and they stayed in place for the five days very well. I’m probably a lost cause so give them a go they might work for you.

Sadly at the moment it’s 1 star, I’ve waited weeks and still not received and yet I’m getting emails to review and ask how I’m getting on… well I can’t review as not received! I’ve emailed them and had no reply so I’m going to have to try and claim back via my bank. At the moment sadly I’d say avoid.

Didn’t do anything for me a waste of thirty quid do not recommend
