I’m sorry but the product just didn’t suit me - gave me such a bad headache I had to remove. Really disappointed, hoped this was the answer for my sleep issues.

Took 3 weeks to come which I thought was just because I’d ordered shortly after Christmas but judging form the reviews- this is standard protocol. Also no instructions came in either box I ordered and then I was just sent a very quick PDF version. Surely an option of paper instructions should’ve been offered since this is what was promised? I want to buy again due to the quality of products but I will look elsewhere now due to the slow delivery time and lack of attention to detail.

No tweezers or instructions included in both ear seeds boxes. I emailed to inform and was replied with a digital version of the instructions. No use if gifting a set. And still no tweezers. Very disappointed. Hopefully, the effects of using them will make up for the disappointment, or I won't be purchasing again.

I have been using East Healing for a few months now and apart from a bit of a delivery delay over Christmas and New Year I have nothing but praise for the products and the service from this company. I use both the seeds and magnets and they work for me. I have always responded well to alternative methods of treatment so very pleased these work for me. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for pain relief or anxiety relief.

Very slow delivery time and poor customer service. I have waited just under 4 weeks to receive my order after having contacted customer services 3 times to find out what had happened. Only on the 3rd time, when I requested a refund within 5 working days, did the order arrive 4 days later ! I was being fobbed off that the delay was due to it being Christmas but looking back over previous reviews this seems to have been happening well before Christmas too. I haven't tried the ear seeds yet but I doubt I'll order more since, as a customer, I should not be having to put this much effort into chasing up an order. Something clearly very wrong with the way this business is bring run.

I ordered two boxes and they took 24 days to arrive. When I eventually opened them there were no instructions😡
I have emailed the company twice to receive the same standard email which was no help at all.
I have also messaged on Facebook and no help yet again.

I seen this product on dragons den and decided to try the ear seeds because I have found that as I get older I've become more anxious and struggle to fall asleep.
I ordered the seeds over the Christmas period so it took a bit longer to receive them.
I've had the ear seeds on for 5 days now and I do feel less anxious and I am sleeping a bit better. I will persivere with them and put new ones on today . Hopefully it continues to work

I found the smaller magnets for the ears really good. However the larger ones I used for my knee came off at night. Especially the ones on the inner thigh. So disappointing. Other wise I am enjoying trying them out.

Tried messaging the company. Not heard back yet. The box says instructions tweezers and ear diagram showing acupuncture places..... but No instructions No tweezers No ear diagram showing where to put these seed beads...... Just the seed beads feeling lonely as the 3 friends have gone walk about!😔

As others have already mentioned and experienced the same issue, I ordered two kits and both arrived without the guides. I have been in contact with the company, and although they keep promising to send the guides by post, I have yet to receive anything. As these were intended as gifts, I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the service. It’s a real shame, as they could do so much better than this.

I was so looking forward to receiving these. Unfortunately, delivery was so slow and then there were no instructions for placement in either of my products

Very poor 5 emails requesting a refund. Recieved product you have to open to see product and instructions. No instructions with product. 5 emails and not one acknowledgement for my request of a refund. Sadly very poor customer service. Considering the publicity on dragons den I would of thought customer relations would be soot on and not so poor.

These really work for me suffer from migraines since using these I haven't had to take pain killers..have to wear them for 5 days then remove so goin to see if they return...threr are cheaper products on line but u get wt u pay for

Ordered on 31/12 but did not come til 12/1 and the tweezers were missing making the very difficult to apply.
I wished I had read the reviews before I made the purchased.
Following the seller's feedback I would like to say it's easy to blame the courier but we both know the items were not dispatched in the times advised on your website and the tweezers were not added as promised. If you can't meet the promises on your website update it!

I wouldn’t know how the product is as it’s still not been shipped 3 weeks after purchasing. I gave them some grace as we’ve had Christmas and New Year, but after being fobbed off by customer services and then not replied to, I’ve given up. Terrible service, £30 down the drain.

They’ve arrived finally… or shall I say the packaging has arrived with no product! Terrible, and still no reply from customer services…

I had great hopes for the Acu Seeds, unfortunately they did not work for me.
It was also difficult to apply the Acu Seeds and also identify the correct area in/on the ear to place them.

Delivery was slow , when received no instructions or anything apart from the ear seeds were in package .

Bought 2 sets of ear seeds and neither set had the instructions or ear map. One was a gift for my daughter in law who is a little sceptical so I didn’t want her to have to start searching the internet for instructions!
Since we haven’t been able to try them I could only give 2 stars.
The packaging felt expensive though.

Ordered this which did take 2 weeks to come. They look really good however they never came with any instructions so I'm unable to use them. They did when I emailed send me a PDF file of instructions however the only device I have won't open PDF so I'm not sat hoping they sent out a booklet which should have come. Potentially if the book doesn't turn up then theybhave turned out to be a waste of money. Looking at Facebook reviews many people have not had the book so they advertise you get a book and don't!

Items not delivered, made contact following royal mail stating they hadnt received the items from you so was told otbwould be followed up but orders were delayed due to the season. This was never something I was told.
Since recipient this email though I still have nit yet recieved my order from the 27th Dec 25.
Very dissapointed and probably wouldn't order again.

Update - I got a refund after several days for the lack of postage and also a free gift (£7 accupunture ring) as a way of an apology, the reply from the company below says 'gifts' plural which is again misleading, I am not confident in the way this company conducts itself.
