Alok was quite understanding when the regular techniques for meditation and mindfulness didnt work for me and instead of enforcing what usually works for others, he very generously shared other techniques that he had learnt from different gurus over years of practicing meditation and mindfulness.

The sessions were really helpful. The process was simplified to the extent that it is easy to grasp and implement. Also it was very interactive, candid, free flowing and comfortable conversation. We are Vibes. We are body-breath-mind-memory-ego-intellect-Self. Mind is shared property. Meditation will create positive vibes. Food-Sleep-Pranayama/Meditation and Seva-Sadhana-Satsang are very important. I really liked your session. Keep doing good work for society. Now a days (and after covid)..lot of people need this. It's need of the Hour. God Bless you.!

More power
We as social beings are often worked up on validations from others, expecting a ideal behaviour, and related. What we actually forget is to accept the other person and rather work on yourself.
These sessions have personally helped me understand the value of my true self. Suggestions such as repeating affirmations, trading expectations, working on oneself, is creating so much magic in my life!

The conversation that I had with Alok has certainly helped me to sit back and reflect.
I have become calm on my approach. And can feel budding changes after inculcating meditation in my daily routine. His few tips on mindfulness has come handy and I can only imagine the change in the long run!

Amazing experience and knowledge
A must session for all! Very informative.
However, I would suggest taking maybe 2-3 mins breaks after every 15 mins of the session because it is equally important to give some time to process information/learning for us. Since digital sessions are not very continuously interactive. Albeit I would definitely practise your principles/suggestions
