Great great great

Purchasingwas easy although I think I still paid an extra $10 for shipping that I should'nt have - multiple purchases for one baseball. Product was great. Communication was just very bad.

Chris and Brian have once again have gone above and beyond taking care of my pieces as their own. Highly recommended

We sent 2 photos in as East Coast Collectors Service was/is the official send in partner of 90s con. We had Alyssa Milano added to a Charmed piece that they started for us a couple years ago. It's looking beautiful. 2nd was a Knight Rider photo to add Willam Daniels, which completed that photo. It also turned out amazing. They got them back super fast also so we could attempt to have 1 somewhere else in a small time frame. Outstanding job from them as always. My favorite company to do send ins with. From my Goonies poster signed by 9 to these newest 2 always a great job, no worries about my items. Recommend them anytime. New piece to grail piece, you can trust it with them. Thank you Brian & Chris...

Smooth as always. Thanks guys!

I sent my poster in a couple of years ago for Josh Brolin signing. They reached out to many multiple times when new signers were available for my Goonies poster. They kept my poster safe and ended up adding - Josh Brolin, Sean Astin, Jeff Cohen, Kerri Green, and Joe Pantoliano (already had KeHuy Quan). Poster was amazing when I finally got it back. I couldn't have been happier!!!! Thank you!

Great communication.Easy to work with.Tons of great signings

My product was delivered with no problems

The item I sent in for signing was well taken care of. We were extremely pleased with the signature. Return shipping was trackable and very secure!

Brian has been helping me for over the last 3-4 yrs with my autograph's and is super easy to deal with. Gets the auto in the right spot with the right colors. Packaging for shipping is always spot on.
It’s like having a friend in the industry.
Thanks again East Cost Collectors

great customer service, company willing to ask and confirm purchase for great customer experience.

Caught a movie at East Coast Collector's Service & sound and picture quality were excellent, and the seating was comfortable but great place for a cinematic experience

Fantastic service! I sent 6 different funkos to get signed for Christmas gifts and they came back perfect and long before the date I needed them!!! I look forward to ordering from them again!!! Thank you!

This was my fourth send-in with ECCS. I sent-in a photo with a request of a triple inscription and character name. I’ve learned after a few years in this hobby, the longer the inscription the bigger chance there is for screw up. ECCS got this one right and it looks absolutely perfect. Thank you to Brian and his team!
