Firstly communicating with them on instagram was really easy, I didn't expect them to reply at all or reply so quickly. The website is easy to navigate and the area where I have to give them all the props in the world is the shipping time. While shipping from the US to the UK was very expensive (as expected), my autograph came within less than a week from the event happening it was so unexpected and I'm still kinda in awe of that and it's been 2 months. So thankyou East Coast Collector's Service, you guys are brilliant. 10/10 would recommend.

I will probably not ever be able to attend a ChristmasCon in person. And purchasing an autographed is a perfect option. Great communication emails stating when the autograph was being shipped. Thank you!!

Shipping to hotels is never an ideal situation too much to go wrong and their is a lack of communication with customers on east coast part and that to me is not customer service friendly as they are providing a service here. I am glad my experience with east coast worked out very well. I would use them in the future but with a little hesitation. I know there is a disclaimer on their website stating they will not contact customers to let them know they received the item but that would be nice since you are sending to a hotel. Overall good experience with East Coast and recommend them.

I was looking to get an autograph by James Tolkan (actor for Mr. Strickland from "Back to the Future") but because of his health he would have to cancel or reschedule. I contacted East Coast Collector's service to see if they were working with him and they quickly confirmed they were. After order an autograph, I waited for a month before asking East Coast the status of my order. Right away they let me know that Mr. Tolkan had to reschedule due to his health and that they would notify me when the order had shipped. A few weeks later the autograph arrived! It looks just like I had requested! I love how the autograph looks and how quickly East Coast was able to respond to my questions.
