East Coast Collector's Service Anmeldelser

I've been buying from ECCS since the last 5 years and their shipping pretty quick and the items are also remarkable.

Very professional. From paid signings to buying items from their store. Shipping is quick and items are always well packaged

Reliable and quality service. I will use this service over and over again.

East Coast Collector's Service provides professional, reliable debt collection with clear communication and efficient results. A trusted choice for businesses.

East Coast Collectors really surprised me with their send-in service. It happened so fast. Thank you for taking care of my item. It turned out great!

It was nice to finally get the signature I was waiting for.

They are it very easy to send in my item and got it signed and shipped back incredibly fast. The best send in I've ever had and I'm very confident I'll be using them many more times in the future

Thus far, I've only placed 2 orders via ECCS, however both have turned out fantastically well. One of them even received 2 free inscriptions. Granted, that's more of the decision of the signer, but getting the 2 added bonuses when I didn't even request one is much appreciated. Both items have returned with care & promptness. Both were signed where & what color I requested with no issues. Now, if only I can find a promoter who regularly has 007 guests, I may just go broke.

Great service, ordering for delivery to the UK is always a concern but had no issues, will order again. Brilliant

The service that they provide is good but their customer service skills need to be improved.

Second time I’ve used them and they always provide great service. Items handled with care, fast turnaround time, and listen to instructions on placement and pen color. Thank you guys, I appreciate it! Looking forward to the next one!

Great product, but the customer service was terrible. This was my first and last time using ECC's services. You'd think they would be a bit more helpful with first-time customers, especially since you have no idea how the website works or when items are actually shipped. Instead of being rude in email responses, they should take some time to put effort into making sure first-time customers are completely satisfied and understand how everything works, especially when you're spending hundreds of dollars on items.

Brian is fantastic. He’s is always there when I need help with a signing. The team are so professional and always handle my items with care

Awesome service

Excellent communication and customer service. I look forward to participating in future autograph signings with East Coast Collectors Service

All good, communication and handling was top notch.

Cards came back signed beautifully.

I have done two signings through east coast collectors and they did an amazing job. They made sure the signer used the requested color and made sure the mini helmets came back protected. They answered every question when I first started using them. I highly recommend them and highly likely I will use them again.

It got here in great condition. Well packaged. Pictures where what we wanted.
