Bought a phone for my grandma, absolutely amazing experience, the customer service was absolutely amazing by a lovely woman named Amy, I loved how the phone came with accessories like a phone case and stylus pen, my grandma also loved the instruction booklet it really helped her set up everything that she needed, she loves how all the apps are much bigger and easier to see 10/10 stars would definitely recommend.

Further to my previous review we have now given up and removed the Easology App and all the normal Android settings now work! We gradually discovered how many of the useful Android settings have been disabled. We did contact Easology but silence! We can improve things by using the normal Accessibility settings.

The phone came quickly and at the given time. Was very easy to set up and is easier to use than pervious ones.
I some how managed to order two but the second one didn't arrive. Got through to a person straight away, they located it and as soon as it was returned to them they refunded my money. I didn't have to chase them. Amazing. Fully recommend this phone and company.

After receiving my phone from Easology, I inadvertently locked myself out. I returned my dead phone to their Customer Service and a kind young lady, called Amy, revived it and returned it to me. All free of charge. The phone is now working just fine. In my view this was excellent service and I recommend Easology to you.

I recently purchased a samsung A16 easology phone and had a software problem so i contacted the support team where Amy dealt with the problem immediately,the phone was collected from my home then was updated at easology and returned to my home address in a couple of days.Nothing was a problem for Amy .I highly recommend the support and the phone is so easy to use and well thought out format.A must have for people like me who struggle with technology,my uncle also has an easology phone and he is 94years old ,no problems at all.thank you.

I bought the phone as it seemed easier to use & came with an instruction book which is great. I am slowly getting used to it & really appreciate the larger type & the keyboard is much better than my old I phone. It came with all the bits & bobs & a plastic cover. Very good value. I also must mention Amy who I contacted for help re the calendar workings. She is a breath of fresh air. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Great tablet and phone by Easology. I have had both for some time now. Both arrived promptly and the video tutorials make it easy to operate them. Great support staff - a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered my phone and it arrived within a couple of days. I was struggling to set up a pin code, the support agent called me back within a couple of hours and helped me step by step. Very friendly and helpful staff from the start. Would recommend to everyone

Easy to use as promised, improved usability of the phone

Phone arrived day after it was ordered and at the time stated. I found it easy to transfer all my data etc. and am delighted with my new phone.

Yes, an easy to use home page but somehow Easology has messed up all the Android settings. Notifications don’t work, pop ups ,essential for one time passcodes, don’t work. Impossible to leave one app, e.g. NHS app, to access one time passcode on messages and then return to NHS app. Very frustrating. Easology have now added an extra button to tell you when an unread email is waiting but all I wanted was for them to show a number beside the email app. Very disappointing.

My dad, who is 94, uses his phone all the time. He used to use a laptop at home but this doesn't get touched now.

The phone wouldn't power up after a year, but Easology support were very good. It is a Samsung phone with a simplified user interface with a 2 year warranty. The broken phone was picked up and a replacement delivered about a week later. Google is excellent at reinstalling everything, so back up and working fast.

The visual layout of this phone which uses Samsung A16 phones currently, is good, and fonts and magnifying work well. I had a problem not being able to send pictures via the installed messaging app., but after contacting tech support by email (Amy), I found out how to use the Samsung's messaging app instead for pictures. I have to say the Easology tech support could not be better, and that is really important for this company's clientele.
