Booked an appointment the day before, via email.

Arrived, was welcomed swiftly and warmly. The ear wax removal treatment was relatively straightforward, but all steps were explained. I even got to see a video of the inside of my wax-laden ears.

Will definitely use again as / when required.

Took my 92 year old mother to have a wax blockage removed. They were lovely with her and treated her splendidly. Really pleased with the service we received, and my Mom is delighted to be hearing properly again.

I had very good experience at the ear wax specialist, I was in pain and inside my ears was infected. The specialist said that I put too much olive oil which made my ears waxed worse and he is cleaning up my ears so I can hear better.
Later he wrote a referral letter for my GP to give me a prescription medicine to stop the painful infection.

Phoned in the morning and they booked me in later that day. Mr Thabraez was friendly and cleared out my blocked ear explaining everything as he went. Really efficient, no complaints!

My call was answered promptly when booking an appointment. The options of wax removal was explained to me and i was offered an appt which unfortunately i had to alter. This was not a problem to Sutton Hearing, they promptly gave me an alternative time. Upon arrival i was not kept waiting, but seen straight away by Nadeem who was polite, cheerful and very efficient. Would definitely recommend Sutton Hearing, excellent all round service.

Very happy with the service I received from Nareen she explained the procedure and showed me the ear wax in my ear before she started, she took her time to ensure all the wax was removed from both my ears. I would definitely recommend her she was so lovely. Same day appointment/reasonable price and parking outside so I will definitely return if needed and would definitely recommend to others.
