This appointment was for my mother who resides in a carehome I actually phoned on a Sunday to leave a message and was called back almost immediately impressive my mother was in a state of distress as she could not hear appointment was made the lovley gentleman arrived bang on time also impressive. He then came in and meet my mother he put her straight at ease and stopped on several occasions to make sure she was doing ok he cleared my mother's ears and all is well I would recommend, the level of professionalism was incredible.

It cost me £65 pounds to suck a bit of wax out of my ear, not value for money in my mind, extortionate prices for five minutes work , I won’t be using you again.

Highly recommend
This was a home visit to my 96 year old mother who has Alzheimer’s.
Javid was very kind and patient, as well as dealing successfully with her earwax.
