Was pleased with treatment for removal of ear wax by Becky very professional

After much searching for an ear wax removal done by irrigation, i came across Earwax.co.uk. Booked my husband in for same day treatment at the Great Barr branch.. So pleased. From the moment Sarah Moult came to us in the waiting room, my husband felt at ease. She was extremely pleasant, friendly and explained the different ways it can be done clearly. She carried out the procedure and explained exactly what she was doing. Fantastic treatment and a husband i don't have to shout at any more.

Hearing test "free" for 55+ but told I needed earwax removal first. Charged £35 to book the appointment. On arrival, I was in the chair for c 2 mins ... and told didn't need earwax removal. But the charge still stood "for the consultation"! Absolute rip off ... Boots and others do genuinely free hearing tests. Staff were lovely though.

I've had earwax removed several times in the past but my recent visit to my local Clevedon community hospital was the most pleasant experience so far.
The nurse, Becky Fielding, was both efficient & friendly, & also effective & unhurried - which is unusual in any modern hospital environment.
All-in-all a good experience (although one I'm hoping won't be repeated for a few years!).

Came for a hearing assessment (at Westbury Hill, Bristol) and was pretty nervous about what they’d find. Turns out I didn’t need to be. Quan (the audiologist) was as calming as he was knowledgeable. He put me at ease and explained everything- he was super patient when I kept clicking the button even no sound was playing (due to my tinnitus).
All in all a great experience and Quan especially is a credit to the company. The lady on reception was lovely too though I didn’t catch her name.

I popped into the Malmesbury clinic without an appointment and the ladies were brilliant. They removed all the wax from my blocked ear and it was a painless experience and everything was explained.
Results were fantastic.

Sarah Moult microsuctioned both of my ears post ear infections.
She was very professional and reassuring and it was the gentlest procedure I have had.
I felt instant relief and cannot recommend highly enough.

Booked at appointment for Nan to have ear wax removed with Sarah Moult, at Hollymoor Medical Centre in Northfield. Sarah could not have been more accommodating and professional! She was an absolute joy and really looked after my nan. Sarah wasn’t able to find any wax in my nans ears so advised there would be no charge for her service, completely shocked my Nan tried to tip Sarah £20 for all of her help but Sarah refused and asked for a review instead. We were blown away with the service we received from Sarah, she was super friendly and provided quality service! Thanks again!
