Absolute waste of time and money. Last time I will trust a facebook seller.

These took 3 weeks to arrive and they don’t work. There are no instructions on use or cleaning, cheap Chinese plastic rubbish, They are a complete waste of money.

Received the plugs did not work at all asked for a refund several times no answer DO NOT BUY

Don’t waste your money actually received these today and I would think in china where there made they would cost pennies not even there logo on the packaging

Link doesn’t work - can’t track order! It’s a scam! Emailed them few times and nothing - so unfortunately I’ve been fraudulently charged it appears

I ordered some a month ago and heard nothing from them. I tried to track my order and the page is gone and no way of contacting them. Westpac were fantastic and money was back in my account within 48hrs

I ordered some earplugs some 8 days ago. Not received and link to track doesn’t work. Emailed them a couple of times no response. I can now presume it is a scam.
Please don’t order and waste your money.

The tracking link in their shipping email, and the 'view your order' and 'visit our store' buttons in the order confirmation email don't work. No replies to emails. Have raised an investigation with my bank.

Took forever to arrive. Finally received them and they’re useless! Can hear absolutely everything! Tried emailing twice but no reply! Avoid at all cost!

Earplugs do not work. Emailed company several times for a refund, but have had no response, and there is no other way to contact them. Avoid.

Customer service is non-existent. Do not buy from this company. I ordered the product and after several weeks had not received it nor had they responded to my emails. After filing a claim with my credit card company, they instantly shipped the product and asked me to remove the claim, which I did. The product was not effective and therefore I returned it. However, they have claimed that they did not receive the product back and would not issue a refund. It has been well over a month since my last communication received from them. In fact, the current auto-response states that if I send more than one email, I will be moved to the bottom of the list. Terrible customer service and I highly recommend you do not buy from this company.

No response after countless emails, its been weeks and no delivery - i just saw on here its a scam company, im starting to believe it!

Ordered their products. Got a message about the shipment but the link did not work every second time when I tried to open it.
8 days later I requested an update, and got a message to wait for few more days and then report if nothing comes.
My second report to the company was after 12 working days after shipment. I got a reply that my order is re-sent now; shipment link was provided, and worked for some time.

In summay. It never arrived. I requested my money back with no response. I wrote that I assume it is a scam company and I will report them. They never came back.

Not worth the money. These didn't help at all. I could still hear my husband's snoring. The only good thing is that they fit comfortably but do NOT BLOCK OUT anything. I looked all over the site since it says there is a 100-refund policy but it gives NO information on how to actually do that refund. I've been trying to figure that out for the last 3 weeks so I'm real close to the time frame of refund. :(

They reported that the earplugs had been sent but after a month I contacted them, and they reported their tracking program had "glitched". I asked them for a refund and not to send them out, but this was ignored. Now they won't give me a refund despite their claim to offer 100% refund if not satisfied.

These ear plugs block out the outside noise but not my husbands snoring. Which is why i got them.
They took a loooong time to arrive.
