First time customer. Great range of products. Other stores didn't have high-end Kokos items, but this store did. The prices are very nice too.
The main reason I'm giving it 5 stars is the speed of delivery. I've placed the order Wednesday night and received it Friday morning. The packaging was also very robust.
There is, however, a huge issue. I never received a tracking number. The account status also stuck at "unfulfilled". So I was assuming that nobody even packed my order until I randomly received it on Friday. Please fix that. I could have been gone for days and it would've been stuck at my door this entire time. I received the tracking number and the store status update like 5 hours AFTER receiving the parcel at home. Hopefully I'm just unlucky and this was a random mistake as I plan to shop here again.

Great prices! But communication needs improvement ⚠️
Claim to process order within 24hrs but it has been 5 days and still zero updates from the status ‘processing’. And worse, no communication received at all regarding this matter, even though I reached out through online chat box, facebook and instagram, both @info and @support email address, and phone number (straight to voicemail, never able to reach).
*Update: Someone finally responded to me via the @support email after 7 days. Since then, they’ve been very responsive (usually replied within an hour) and offered Express Post as my order was significantly delayed. I received the parcel 4 days after they got back to me, which totals 11 days since the order was confirmed.
To Early2Bed:
Please keep up the great pricing, but improve communication aka customer service. I appreciate the prompt replies and support once contact was made, especially during your warehouse relocation.
People want to support local businesses, but reliable and transparent communication is a big part of building trust and making that easy for us!
