It's a Chineese ripoff!
Orded two bras, was forced to pay for vip shipment. The tracking said they were sent from the US and are underway meanwhile I got a package from China with products that were nowhere near the size chart and design shown in the add. I wanted to return and they won’t accept my return. They keep offering me me $10 of refund because return will take a long time and I should just keep it. My money is gone, even the credit card company cannot do anything! STAY AWAY FROM EARLOING!

Customer service is terrible! It looks promising because they send an update of your shipment. But when it arrives and doesn’t fit, you’re in trouble. Followed the instructions on their website and requested a return label. I was offered €5.00 for the inconvenience. Asked another time for the label and they offered another random amount. For what? Waiting? I’m not sure to trust this company anymore. I will NEVER order here again. It looks like my €36.00 just went down the drain.

Horrible customer service. Have tried to return items that do not fit. Very wrong sized. Keep getting the run around.

They sent me a nursing bra when I ordered a regular. I paid about 33$ with shippment. They won’t admit to sending the wrong garment although you can clearly see it’s wrong. They offer me 2$ for me to be satisfied. Seriously! I’m most definitely NOT satisfied! It’s a joke!

Rating is 1 star only because it does not allow me to give a 0 star rating. Like many others I did not receive the bra I ordered. What I ordered was a pullover style but I received one with hook and eye closure at the back. The one I received was a nursing bra and more expensive than what the charge was when I ordered the bra AND what they confirmed in their first email. The bra inside the package was not the size I ordered or the size stated on the outside of the packaging. I have not been able to get any response from them. SCAMMERS!!!! Don't order from Earlorning, keep looking for a more reputable company to purchase from.

I order two bra . They were too big but seemed just what I wanted. I sent an email to their support to change the size and I’m still waiting for a reply. Also sent two reminders. Very annoying and on their site they say
They reply immediately. So I gue they don’t care about more order just take the money and that’s it.

The 5* reviews are fake, you only have to look at the wording of them.
Like others I fell victim to this scam by ordering the bralettes and receiving nursing bras with thin hooked backs instead.
I asked for a refund, as stated in their refund policy. Nothing.

Like someone else said, I would give this company a -10 as well! Same thing happened to me... item took over a MONTH to received, then it was not what I ordered. They asked for pics and then told me that several departments confirmed the item I received was what I ordered. It was NOT. It did not match the photo in the item description of what I ordered. The item I received had a thin back strap with hooks. I ordered a wide back band with NO hooks. They then offered me $2. That's insulting. They do not stand by their 30 Day Money Back Guarantee or 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. They said shipping back to China warehouse would be very expensive, and never really gave me info how to do that (I wouldn't have anyway). They got up to a $6 offer, but would not give me a full refund. My fault for falling for this Instagram Ad SCAM. They have a D+ rating on BBB, too. Buyer Beware! All of the reviews on their website are 3 or 4 stars. I left a 1 star review and it never showed up (surprise, surprise).

Received this gadget in packaging that seemed pretty sturdy, ensuring safety during transit. Quality feels solid for its purpose, neither too overwhelming nor underwhelming. Price is fairly reasonable, delivering acceptable performance without breaking the bank. Handy device for occasional yet effective use.

I placed an order for
2 bras and 2 sets of lounge sets for my daughter and I. After 6 weeks of waiting I contacted them and asked for a refund. The tracking initially said it was out of the US. After making numerous complaints tracking suddenly came out of China. My requests for a refund were ignored and I just received my parcel. The bras are cheap and not what I ordered. The Lounge suit which I ordered for my daughter I. Size S is larger than the L I have ordered for myself.
Disappointed, annoyed and would like my money back!!!

They sent me the wrong bras.
I ordered 3 regular bras of the same model and size. They sent me two maternity bras and one sports style one- all three wrong.
I contacted their customer services and they replied with: we sent the right product and will not be doing anything further. Shocking.

I purchased a product several weeks ago, paid with PayPal .
I never received any emails, orders, or any other acknowledgement until a few daysafter complaining to PayPal.
Earlorning sent me a email order and apologised but the tracking number the gave me doesn't work. So I wrote to them again about where is my item, with no response.
I think they are dodgy and I've lost my money.

Ordered a bralette from earlorning.com. It was a bra trending all over the Internet, had many pictures and a great deal of written description. Received a bra after 3 weeks (shipped from China) that had only one feature of the bra I ordered...advertised as unlined/no pads, pull over style, high sides and back, and I followed their size chart for size. I got a bra with sewn in pads, narrow sides and back with a traditional 3 row hooks in back closure. Not stretchy and size was so far off not funny. Customer service claimed I got bra ordered, even with me sending pics showing pads, hooks in back closure and narrow sides and back. Then offered to refund me an insulting $2. It was a scam, bait and switch. Do not fall for it. Also saw this same exact issue in a review of this bra from earlorning.com which I wish I had seen in advance.

I would give this company a -10! I have been waiting for over a month for my bra. If you have time and money to waist… then great. But buyer beware… you may never get your order.

Bought this nifty device which arrived well-packaged. At the price, quality impressed, with sleek design that’s both practical and stylish. However, battery life could improve. Cleaning efficiency and tracking accuracy met expectations. Overall, great value with minor tweaks needed.

Shipping took longer than anticipated, about three weeks, which was okay but could improve. Quality is good, noticeable in its performance. A more detailed manual could enhance the setup experience for first-time users.

Bought 2 bras. Then I noticed one wasn’t being shipped according to the renewed receipt. Contacted customer support and no answer for 2 weeks. (They probably overwork and pay little to nothing for their CS, so I am not pointing fingers at the workers, rather the profiteering lot). Well, then when the other bra finally was shipped they changed the status to “delivered”. I never received my product nor has any courier service been in contact with me. I’m out 50€, and the joke’s on me as I usually never buy anything online. Please, be careful out there. These people are scammers and stealing from normal hardworking people. Awful and I really needed those bras lol. If you ever come across their ads on Instagram just ignore or report. Disgusting but this is what the world has come to sadly. I did not get what I ordered, I requested a refund almost immediately after opening the package, they offered me a 2 dollar refund, I explained they have a 15 day refund policy, then they offered me 4 dollars. I told them that I would report their company, I would like a full refund $34.47. Then they offered me 6 dollars after I refused the 6 dollars, they wrote some message of how I was uncooperative and this would be escalated to their supervisor. I contacted PayPal of the situation PayPal said they would look into the matter and ended up with basically they could do nothing.
Anyway I did not get a refund as their website advertised.
