I bought these earplugs because I have tinnitus, and I want to protect my ears whenever I go to clubs, concerts or loud places in general.

Pros
My main issue is that my ears are very small, so a lot of earplugs didn't fit or fit but hurt. I have to say, Earasers solved this: the XS size is perfect for me! It does tend to slip out a little sometimes, but most of the time I can barely feel it's there.

As for protection, I'm no expert but my ears don't hurt after a night out and I can easily tolerate loud spaces with these in. Plus, I can hear the music well and have conversations more easily than with other earplugs.

Customer service was also great: there was a little mishap with the shipping, but after sending an email it was quickly solved.

Cons
They are hard to clean properly. I got some cleaning wipes cause I bought the welcome kit, and they work well for the external part; however, they are not sustainable as they are single use. The filter is more problematic. I was given a little tool which is helpful to scoop earwax out of it, but I'm always worried I might damage the filter while cleaning it. I feel like I can never fully clean the earplugs, which is not ideal.

They are really expensive. I care a lot about hearing protection so this was justified for me, but it's still a lot of money for a pair of earplugs; especially given that you're supposed to change the sleeves every few months.

On top of this, I did not like that you have to buy a carrying case separately. At this pricepoint, I would expect it to be included; the case you get included in the price is not suitable for carrying them around, which is what most people do, I assume. I spent the extra 10€ to get the case and, while it's certainly sturdy and does the job, it's quite small, and it's sometimes hard to make the earplugs fit (keep in mind I carry the smallest size).

Talking about size, I read comments of people finding it hard to handle the small stem to get them in and out. Having smaller hands, this is easier for me, but I can imagine it being an issue for people with bigger hands. The stem works well for me, but it looks a little funny coming out of my ears (looks like an alien ahah) + it sometimes gets caught in my hair. This is a very minor issue tho, I just wanted to mention it. Also, if you're worried about appearance, they are very subtle and hardly noticeable; I only notice the stem looking a bit funny because I know it's there, but other people will probably not care or notice.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. They do the job very well, they're comfortable and the customer service was great. However, they do have a few downsides that were worth mentioning. I would say these are a great choice if you have very small ears and struggle with finding the right size. Otherwise, consider what your priorities are and see if they can be the right fit :)

the best plugs, tbh I tested a lot of them, and these plugs combines attenuation and clarity in the best way posssible. you can still speak and understand when talking while having ur ear protected

The purchased item has not arrived after waiting for 3 months. I do not know if the shipper is to blaim for this, but Earasers has not replied to any of my inquiries. I tried to contact shipper DHL, but they said that this had to be handled by Earasers. The tracking info is extremely long and not very helpful. It says that the item arrived and ready for pick up, but then said that import was not possible and apperantly is in another country now, but still enroute to customer. UPDATE: They contacted me now through whatsapp and appearantly there was something wrong with the email service. They appologised and said they would try to send again.

useless, waste of money

I am very disappointed with their client service. I’ve been their customer since 2022. and I have zero issues with the product - it’s great.
That’s why I immediately ordered a new pair of earplugs when I lost my old ones, but the package never arrived. I tried to contact them but they aren’t responding to their email or phone for over a month and I don’t have my money or the earplugs.

PostNL lost the initial shipment, got my order re-sent without any issues. The plugs fit and sound great, very comfortable.

The order process was smooth. I am not completely convinced by the technology of the product (earplugs) as I don't find it all that effective, but that may be due to individual factors.

Excellent communication and customer service. The product is great too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Quality of the product

I bought these with the original intent to protect my hearing at a concert, and they were great there. I've also been wearing them in my daily life to help deal with other loud noises, like while vacuuming, or cycling through traffic, etc.
Very satisfied, I didn't even realise how much some sounds bothered me until I got these to help dampen them.
I'm glad I got the small and medium pack, because I needed the small, but would have probably bought the medium if I went for just one.

They work great, price is fair, and shipment is fast.

The earplugs are great, confortable and almost invisible , which make them great for public events. The customer service it's outstanding. I had an issue with a pair of earplugs, their filter was too strong for me, and I contacted Earasers Team. They were super helpfull and kind to me, they helped me with what I needed really quick. Ik heb in de afgelopen jaren veel verschillende oortjes uitgeprobeerd, maar vaak liep ik tegen dezelfde problemen aan: sommige vielen uit, andere zaten niet lekker of dempten het geluid niet goed genoeg. Vooral bij harde basgeluiden had ik vaak na afloop een piep in mijn oren die dagenlang kon aanhouden – niet prettig.

Twee weken geleden heb ik deze oortjes geprobeerd op een locatie waar de bas echt ontzettend hard stond. En tot mijn verbazing: ik voelde de bas op een prettige manier, zonder dat het mijn gehoor aantastte. Zelfs met het volume om me heen hoorde ik anderen nog gewoon praten, zonder dat ik steeds moest vragen wat iemand zei. Dat was voor mij echt een groot pluspunt.

Daarnaast zitten ze heel comfortabel en blijven goed op hun plek. En een leuke extra: ze zijn doorzichtig, waardoor ze bijna niet opvallen als je ze in hebt.

Kortom: topkwaliteit, goede bescherming en comfort in één. Aanrader!
