Unacceptable downtime and repeated false ETAs.
Our production server on E2E’s Mumbai node has been down for hours, causing real business loss and customer trust damage. What's worse than the outage itself is the communication - we were repeatedly given ETAs (11:30 PM, 6 AM, 2 PM, 6 PM, 11:00PM), and every single one was missed. Each time, the ETA was quietly replaced with another “status update”.
No concrete resolution, no reliable ETA, no temporary migration, not even SSH access to mitigate the issue ourselves.
For a cloud infrastructure provider, this level of downtime handling and uncertainty is far below industry standards. If you’re running a serious production workload, think very carefully before trusting them.
Bad services and company support i can't recommend to others don't use it.
Worst cloud service provider. My server is down for 1 day, I have lost a huge customer, and no other cloud service provider is under maintenance for so long. This is unacceptable!
Very worst company in terms of solving issues, I have been loyal customer for more than 5 years. Suddenly they deleted our website without our knowledge, I agree we missed our payments and I have given reason as we were out of country for a reason. We paid in full, even though they cant retrieve our website back, such a horrible experience. We completely trust and keep our business online and we do not have any backup of our website to go to another vendor. This company is not professional in terms of solving issues, just having big clients doesn't mean you are big. You have to prove it to solve the issues
