I phoned EPM for an emergency plumbing call-out to restore my home water supply after a compression joint had failed. Within 90 minutes their plumber arrived & fixed not only the failed compression joint, but also a complete installation of basin & taps; all within the time span for the original job. I was totally delighted with the outcome: basin installation (unexpected) & water back on (huge relief). Outstanding professionalism and friendliness both from initial contact with EPM plus their plumber who carried out the work. Highly recommended. I would definitely use this company again.

Provided a very professional service, communication and organisation from office for works to be completed to the engineers that did the works, very professional and knowledgeable. Provided good clean service. Highly recommend them.

Great service. The lady on the phone was friendly and booked the date promptly. The engineer who came the following day was right on time and checked the leak efficiently within 45 minutes.

Be very cautious using this company. Booked a builder for a small job (replacing one floor board and one skirting board + repairing a small hole in the wall). Got quoted £200 by local builder, decided to go with this company thinking it will be more or less similar price. Took the builder 3 hours to do the job (you get charged per hour). The final invoice was for £425, including £130 material cost, when it cost £30 looking at the store online page, they refused to send receipt and claimed its standard practise to charge profit on materials used. I don’t disagree but £100 margin is insane. Avoid, you been warned.

We used EPM again as we know they are a good and reliable company.
Unknown leak dripping in to light fixture causing the circuit to pop causing the second and third floor to have zero power. James arrived on time at 10am( the window was ( 10-2… happy dance from us) He worked diligently for 2hours 20 minutes and sorted the problem. Long term constant drip on the radiator. Fixed and sorted.

I recently had some electrical work completed by Tim, and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The job included removing the old consumer unit in my shed, fitting a new 3-way consumer unit for the outbuilding, installing new lighting and sockets in both rooms of the outbuilding, wiring up an outdoor toilet light, fitting outdoor waterproof sockets, and connecting a customer-supplied sign light with a waterproof adaptable box and wireless relay.

From the very first visit, Tim has been fantastic. He is punctual, polite, and hardworking, and he takes real pride in his work. Everything was installed neatly and professionally, and he made sure to leave everywhere tidy at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The quality of the installation is excellent and it’s clear he really knows his trade.

I also had the pleasure of dealing with Grace in the office, who provided brilliant support. Communication was smooth and efficient, making the whole process easy and stress-free.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Tim and the team highly enough. Reliable, professional, and friendly – an absolute 5-star service.

Fantastic , my father has dementia and I live very far away, called EPM and they booked a next day appointment at short notice as dad's power had failed , early morning booking and the electrician attended the property and resolved all the issues, absolute life savers.

The booking was straight forward and the people we spoke to on the phone were friendly, understanding and professional!

Very professional company right from initial contact, through estimating the cost and booking the visit. The job itself was very well done with no mess left behind and follow-up calls to check that I was happy.

Have used EPM several times over the years. The latest fixing a leak coming from upstairs to downstairs.

We needed an electrical survey done quickly while buying a new house and EPM were able to sort an appointment for two days later. The survey very comprehensive - exactly what we needed to complete the purchase. Communication from EPM was great and all questions were answered quickly. Would definitely recommend them for any homebuyers looking to get an EICR.

I reported a leak under the kitchen sink by email after working hours on Monday night. By 10am on Tuesday, Mateusz had attended and fixed it, cleaned up after himself, and left me with a kitchen I could use again. On top of that, I had great communication before Mateusz attended, and a follow-up call a couple of hours after he'd finished. Absolutely first rate service from the whole team, and highly recommended.

Had water coming through the ceiling. EPM were here swiftly and fixed the plumbing issue. Happy to recommend.

Had an overflow from an old heating header tank into loft space. Called EPM and James came promptly and fixed the problem,

I contacted EPM because my brother, who has serious health issues, had a leak in his kitchen. I explained his situation, and they arrived within an hour. The engineer was polite, friendly, and incredibly understanding. He fixed the sink efficiently and showed real empathy towards my brother throughout. The service was fantastic, and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable.

I have used epm for all types of work both in my own home and in my rental property. Everything from regular gas safety certificates and PAT testing to bathroom and kitchen refits. I have found them to be consistently reliable, prompt, friendly and professional. It doesnt matter if its a water leak or a collapsed ceiling or just a blown over fence panel, I have used them for everything and wouldn't risk anyone else now.

Had an emergency where my boiler had stopped working and had no heating or hot water.
EPM turned up soon after I phoned and resolved the problem promptly.
Highly recommended service and will definitely be using them if I have any other maintenance issues!!
