Small hiccup on delivery date but sorted quickly.
Haven't used bikes yet ,but they look really nice

I highly recommend buying from them. The bikes are well made and worth every penny. Believe me you won't regret it.

Excellent response time - my Mam is very happy with her bike. Seems solid, usable and easy to fold and carry. Much better response than a competitor company (Furo) who were double the price & took 4 months to deliver a damaged bike. Thank the Gods for e-Go. Now my Mother can use her folding bike during her continental visit! Cheers

Bit of a mixed bag.. The first bike the motor cutting out. This happened 6 times after traveling les than 25km..Bike returned to E-go on the Thursday.. Problem not resolved so a new one was delivered on the following Monday. That was a week ago go. The new one is a joy doing what it says on the tin!! Very good customer service from Glenn.

All I can say I find these a great little bike. Bought two lite folding bikes and found them easy to ride and you only need full power when going up a steep hill apart from that I find 1 or 2 on the assist motor to be quite sufficient. Putting the mudguards on and the bike rack is easier with 2 people . Apart from that I think theyare a great bike and they fit perfectly in the back of the motorhome.

Customer service is 5* - shipped it to Guernsey at the right VAT level so thank you.

Bike 4* is pretty darn good for the price and the fact it's foldable, to give it 5* it would need to be quieter, have a clip that holds it together when folded and be overall more comfortable. But it is compact, speedy and does the job you probably need it for.

I'm in love with my e-go lite, it's fast! The battery has a long life. The delivery has surprised me, my bike arrived in just two days, and was fully assembled 😍.
So far I've been using it for one week now and no problem was found 🥰

Very pleased with my purchase. We are Motorhomers so went for the ‘lite’ bundle. I was a little apprehensive that they would be flimsy but they are not! Well made and easy to ride. Tested it n a very steep hill and it did not disappoint

After researching ebikes I came across e-go bike. I was keen to find a road legal option and so many other suppliers do not make this clear. From the point I made contact Glenn was super responsive over the weekend and out of normal hours quickly sorting out a small technical problem. The bike arrived within two days and Glenn supplied easy to understand instructions to put the mud guards and rack on. The bike is well built and good quality and rides a dream. I would certainly recommend the bike and the service is second to none

Excellent service from start to finish. Bike arrived good to go. I ordered a larger saddle and when the first one didn't fit, another was dispatched immediately -the delivery driver even fitted it on my bike. The chat function on the website was really helpful in answering my pre- and post purchase questions. Highly recommend.

Purchased the Lite bike, love it, fab little bike, sturdy and solid, goes like a dream.
The cruise mode is delightful if you need a slight breather.
Great choice of folding bike, so light to carry and the confidence of riding a non heavy bike is so refreshing.

Brilliant. Fantastic product with first class customer service. I got my bike via e-gobike.co.uk using the Cycle Scheme which made it much more affordable.
Folds up and fits in the boot of my car. Easy to unfold. Long battery life. Commuting is much better with this electric bike. Looks good too.

Brilliant bike. Great service when we had questions. Delivery within two days. Easy to set up from the box. My wife has previous been put off cycling on holidays with me because of the hills. She loves it!

This is our second compact folding e-bike. The ordering and delivery process was faultless, with timely email communication from the company, and the bike was delivered as promised.
I was able to assemble the bike fairly quickly, using my experience from our first bike. The mudguards were tricky, but I was expecting this because they were tricky on the first bike too.
Once assembled we were able to test the bike. The battery had some power in it, enough to go for a spin round the block. We found the tires were a bit flat so decided to wait for the weekend to do things properly.
Inflating the tires turned out to be quite difficult. The 16 inch wheels mean that there is not much space to get the adapter on the valve. In the end we managed to get the adapter from the other bike on, as it has an angled connector.
Once we'd finished our adjustments we set off. We completed our maiden ride of 4 miles without incident. I think it will take some time to get used to the power modes and the lack of gears. We live in a very hilly area and this is one of the reasons for going electric.
We are very pleased with the e-go. I hope we don't need after sales service but we chose a UK company for extra peace of mind.

I bought the Lite and Lite + a few months ago as part of the package. Got a wee bit off the price too by doing this. Being Scottish, this is a big bonus.

We were going to go to another supplier but got bored waiting on delivery and cancelled. Our bikes were us in a few days. As part of the deal I got mudguards, a rack and carry bag.

Only downside is the mudguards and rack are a wee bit fiddly to fit, but not overly difficult. Just be organised and patient.

Now on to the bikes, the Lite + was for me a Lite for my wife. I'm finding I can't keep her off her bike as she's enjoying it so much. The thing that appealed to her was no gears. She has had a non electric folder for years and this is still pretty much unused.

We live in Edinburgh, think San Francisco with the amount of hills and the steepness we have here. Due to the geography of the place we also seem to have a headwind too.

Both of the bikes are brilliant, the hills disappear and headwind might as well not be there.

I've never drained the battery but I'd say 20 miles is easily attainable even though I'm quite chubby these days. I must resist the temptation of using level 4 and above.

After sales is brilliant. I had a query about the brakes and sent Glenn an email on Sunday and he was sorting things in a few hours.

Bottom line, I'm now up to over 300 km and still pretty pleased.

Very pleased with our purchase of two e.gomax+ bikes, great service , delivered on time . Would highly recommend these bikes and this company .😊
