I simply love these guys!!! Great products, excellent service.

The customer service representative actively listened to me. She helped diagnose the problem. She then offered to send me a replicant part, i just had to pay shipping bc I was beyond 90 days from purchase.
I appreciate not having to send photos, although that would have been fair.

Haven’t gotten my M7, but I have used them before. Very impressive. Got a personalized video from the company president. Who does that? I received a helpful instructional video also. Keep up the good work!

During a making an order you informed me that if I buy an express shipping it will be delivered by 2-3 business days. I bought it by 20 euro. Now UPS is informing me that will be after 1,5 weeks. What’s wrong with it? It’s not possible to cancel the order or even talk with any human instead of robot. I will be not in delivery place when the order will be delivered.

Hi quick response from customer care and the quick solution to the problem. That's what made my day. Your company seem to be doing great with a all American quality build products and a great after market services to suit everyone. My Lotus vape only lacked the discreteness and the economy approach that your little dynavap got to offer therefore the Lotus is only a display no longer in use unless someone else want me to pull it out but still dynavap save u so much more. I've only maintained my M through cleaning it. I only changed the screen last week because I poked a hole through it otherwise best economical vape ever. That's since 2019 I think not 100% sure only thing I broke of that vape was the click of the cap but I knew that cap that we'll that I didn't need a click I just knew when it was hot enough so a bit of a curve getting use to te good old click thanks again I will definitely stay a Dynavap supporter for life👍👍👍💪😎.

Would appreciate the option to opt out of the extra $6 package protection.
